Our signature dish changes from time to time, but the baked mac & cheese is always a classic.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
The way we go about creating a perfect menu for our clients is that we ask the right questions. Budgets and finances are important, but we first want to know their vision, what their favorite dishes are, what type of event they are having, etc. Because in the end it is more than just food. It is an experience that we know they want to be unforgettable, so we will always do our best to honor that and excute accordingly.
What do you love most about your job?
What we love most about our job is that it isn't a "job." It is a passion.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Soulvadorian was inspired by the owner, Daneka Ruiz, and wanting to find a way to best represent her roots. Growing up, cooking great food was a part of both sides of her family. She watched as her mom and both grandmothers cooked for not only their family, but for their friends as well. They were always asked to cook/bring certain dishes to gatherings because people loved them so much.

Our clients should choose us because we always choose THEM first. We always make sure that our clients are happy and getting everything that they want/need for an exceptional event.

Yes and no. We can absolutley communicate via email, text, phone, etc., without having to meet in person until the day of the event.
Drop off services
Our drop off services are the most affordable option. Set up and delivery fees are separate, but we take care of the rest as well as coordinating a pick up day/time for special equipment after the event. There are also add on options for the type of chafing dishes you require to fit the vibe of your event.
Menu customization
We are always open to suggestions should you want a specific dish that you do not see on our menu or if you have certain dietary restrictions.
Budget building
We understand that times are hard, but that should never deter you from providing amazing food for your guests no matter the event type. If there is a specific budget you have in mind, let us know and we will do our best to stick to that number with taxes + fees included.
