What’s your signature dish?
I make a mean risotto, however I am also a steak and potatoes kind of gal. The most fun for me however, and I think for the guests as well, is when I can create a bunch of different fun canapes/hors doeuvres for everyone to enjoy. I can jazz up any meal and add my own Asian French flare to any cuisine.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
I am always flexible to my clients needs. I work by creating a menu based on their preferences, budget and type of event. Nothing is set until my client is happy with the menu and gets the approval.
What do you love most about your job?
I love watching the room enjoy my food and seeing everyone have a good time.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I've been working in the industry for 10 years now. Owned a couple restaurants, but decided this was a better route for me. Not only can I hone in on my craft with less distractions, but I can fully focus on my client at hand and their needs.

Clients should chose me because I am eager to please and always deliver. I put my heart into my cooking and am proud of it. I'm great at what I do, creating delicious dishes that will not disappoint. I've worked at hotels, restaurants, owned a couple restaurants, cooked for PGA tournaments, pro NBA players, and so on. I have a certain finesse and take care of my clients.
Meal prep
Individual meals customized to the clients needs whether it be weightloss or convenience. Ready made meals to eat on the go.
Catering
Family/buffet style or individual packaged meals available for office lunches or any special event. Will be there to set up and break down the area. Available to drop off disposable containers or more upscale chafers settings.
Private chef
Available to do special dinners at home. Will take care of all the shopping, prepping, cooking, serving and cleaning up after. You will be able to eat high end quality meal in the comfort of your own home.
