Substitute products is red flag. Family has any number of food allergies so cannot use the food. Customer service is lacking. ..phone calls unanswered after considerable wait time. I'm sure the "food" is in there. Ordered survival kits, cans of rice, couple of other thing's. Seems to be sealed well. But cans are dented to all get out (horrible shipping packaging), and the white rice cans are ALREADY 6 YEARS OLD!
