Sean...the knowledgable, consistent, encourager. He understands time restraints, dietary preferences, and physical limitations, but somehow navigates through all of that and leads me on the path to reaching my fitness goals. He is able to hold me accountable without being overbearing...to lead me out of my comfort zone without forcing me. Highly, highly recommend. More...

My experience with Sean Wells has been excellent!! Having been diagnosed with Parkinson's for a little over six years I could tell that basic functions were getting tougher to handle, and kept hearing that exercise was as good as medicine. A friend from my Parkinson's support group working with Sean invited me to go with her.....and that was the day that I got on the right track.Sean knows how hard to push and when to lighten up. He listens to what you say, which as a beginner was very important. I really think that he knew what I could do before I did.........including boxing!!!Thank you, Sean.Linda More...

Sean is an excellent motivator & has helped me push & accomplish goals. His knowledge of physical fitness & dietary tips are extremely helpful. After working regularly with Sean I was able to run 3 miles again!! I would highly recommend Sean Wells as a personal trainer. More...

Sean and Joey are very personable and competent trainers. The gym is very adequate for the average person's needs; however for a person like me who has a birth defect, a more specialized setting with more equipment options is in order. I highly recommend this gym if your needs are not too specialized. More...

I felt Sean as a trainer understand my limitation & new exactly how to push me and not over push me. Having a wrist injury i feel challenged him to create a workout that I would benefit from without me re-damaging an injury until it was healed. I never looked my best! See you again soon. More...

I've worked with Sean for almost 3 years. Friend think he is Magic because 3 years ago I would have told you exercise is something we should reserve for punishments. Now I'm a regular at the gym. Sean is really great at getting you into a workout without knowing you just committed to a workout! I've always questioned my own strength and on my own I don't push myself. No chance with Sean. He is like a workout whisperer. There is zero yelling for one more, just some how he keeps you pushing your limits. Workouts are so rewarding at the end. More...

I had the great fortune to meet Sean almost 2 years ago. I am one of 'those people" that need an appointment for the gym. Sean is a great encourager & keeps me on my toes . His knowledge of physical fitness is superior. After working regularly with Sean I was able to accomplish one of my goals & I'm back to running 3+ miles. I have recommended several friends to Sean & I always get positive feedback. More...

I have some limitations and he has always worked with me patiently and yet pushes me to do better. I have worked with other trainers but never one better than Sean Wells. More...

How important is a healthy diet to someone’s health and wellbeing?
No doubt about it: sound Nutrition forms the foundation of Health, Fitness and Longevity.
While it may take time to form new habits, with just a few easy explanations, some workable planning and simple practice, it's my experience even the busiest of the busy can reap the rewards!
How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?

There are dozens of ways to achieve fitness goals; we only need the two or three that work well for YOU!
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
It begins as an inside job...once there's a clear vision in place and a goal in mind - that is, once there is something very vivid to commit yourself to - the actual act of commitment is pretty easy...with that commitment in place, you're able to cycle back and forth between passion and patience until you get there.
Passion for the workouts: for the effort, for the demands of them, even for the exhaustion they bring...
Patience for the results: the calm awareness you're doing all you can, the trust of the process, and the realization your results are relentlessness...
They WILL arrive!
What do you love most about your job?
The single thing I love the most is seeing someone do something they didn't believe they could...
(a close second is seeing someone KEEP doing something they thought they'd have to give up!)
What inspired you to start your own business?
