We found our perfect location to exchange vows on Sunset Key right off of Key West and wanted someone that would coordinate everything the day of and give us insight needed.  When trying to decide on a wedding coordinator, Nika with Soiree Key spoke to me on the phone for a lengthy amount of time explaining Key West and different vendors.  Nika was helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable about coordinating a wedding and vendors that we should use.  She was so helpful throughout the planning and offered great advise too.  She even checked in on me with text and phone calls to ensure that we were doing well.  She arrived on time to the venue and stayed throughout the evening making sure everything stayed on schedule.  She coordinated all the vendor's arrivals on the ferry and final paperwork.  We were so happy working with Nika and having her with us for our special day.  We didn't have to worry about any of the details because she took care of everything!  We would strongly recommend her to anyone, she was absolutely invaluable on our special day.  We give her an A+!!  Thanks to Nika our special day was perfect. After we decided on a destination wedding in the FL keys our next call was to Nika at Soiree Key West! From our inital conversation we were a great match and quickly planned a trip to check out venues. After describing to Nika what we were looking to create she suggested and arranged tours of several venues in our price range during out inital visit. Nika seamlessly arranged our contracts with the resort and all our vendors. Every vendor she suggested was great, her knowledge as a premier wedding planner and a native to KW came in handy on more then one occasion. She was able to create our wedding vision and bring it to life! As one of the first wedding in KW post hurricane Irma in early December, I was nervous. Needless to say Nika kept me calm and pulled everything off perfectly. I should start this review with a little explanation of my wedding requests - I live in San Francisco and my new husband and I have loved Key West for years, visiting on vacations before we moved across the country.  I needed someone local who could guide me in regards to quality vendors, and then also get everything lined up on the Big Day.  I am a corporate meeting planner myself, so I was not worried about doing all of the contracts, negotiations, and planning, but no bride needs to be talking and answering vendor questions about which linen goes where on her wedding day.  I knew I needed someone to just handle the details as we got close to the wedding day.  Nika was my answer.  We spoke over the phone, I explained my expectations, and she was very receptive and didn't try to sell me on more services or scare me into thinking that I couldn't manage a destination wedding from afar.  She and I agreed to meet for lunch and get to know each other when I was in KW next to do site visits of venues.  We met at one of the locations I was considering, and she showed me around the property, and after discussing the venue, had lunch and got to know each other. I appreciate that she took the time to get to know me, understand my needs, and also guided me for the rest of the trip.  We agreed that I would use her for "day-of coordination" services.  I put that in quotes bc it actually starts about 6 weeks out so she can contact all my vendors, create a timeline, etc.  I appreciated that she wasn't keeping tabs on how many emails or questions I asked over the course of several months of planning, as if that was going above and beyond the day-of services. Don't get me wrong, I don't know how others will perceive that or take advantage and try to send her 10 million emails (don't), but my emails typically just kept her looped in on what we were thinking and then got her professional opinion.  She was so helpful and courteous in her responses over the planning stage, even though I was the one actually making all the arrangements and her assistance was not contracted or required, it was out of genuine kindness.  As time got closer, she was very thorough, following up when she said she would, extending deadlines over the holidays when my mind was elsewhere, and just genuinely being the most professional and understanding coordinator.  When I was behind deadline and she really needed something, she was upfront with what she was working with, but never in an aggressive or pushy way.   When it was wedding week, she had a very "we'll get it done" attitude.   I checked in to my vacation rental only to see that there was practically no natural light in the room... so had to change my getting-ready location.... Nika was on it. Notifying my hair and makeup ladies, and also the photographer as he was coming to take the before shots.  This was the kind of thing that was worth every penny. I didn't have to make a million phone calls, follow up with anyone. Nika was my person to just handle the pop-up stuff.  She even calmed my nerves when I saw two giant cruise ships blocking MY sunset the night before the wedding exactly where our sunset photos were supposed to be taken the next day.  It was such a relief having someone so ingrained in the happenings of the island, that she actually knew the cruise ship schedules and could ease my mind and tell me that they leave every night before sunset.  I would have lost sleep, as silly as it sounds!  I really can't thank Nika enough, and would definitely recommend her services for day-of coordination. It was a flat rate, and absolutely worth every penny.  She knows the island, everyone in hospitality, she knows weddings, and she is a bit of a therapist when you start to lose your mind right before the wedding!  I loved that when I told vendors, "I'm working with Nika" they A) knew Nika, I didn't have to say Soiree KW, and B) every one of them sang her praise.  I'm a little sad it's all over and we aren't working together anymore.  You grow attached over several months haha More...

I can not say enough AMAZING things about Soirée Key West. Nika has been nothing but top notch throughout the whole wedding planning and day of our wedding. Looking back now I don't think our wedding would be as spectacular as it was without Nika and her team. Planning a wedding from New Jersey, Nika made it effortless. She made sure EVERYTHING was perfect and what we wanted. Even after the hurricane, that messed a few things up, she was always calm and confident with how she wanted to proceed with the wedding planning. Nika ALWAYS got back to us right away, whenever we had any question/ concern. I would hands down recommend Soirée Key West to anyone looking for a event planner.

Where do I even begin. Our wedding was on April 29, 2017 and roughly a year and 4 months before that we had to start thinking about where we would get married and who was going to help us! I found Soiree Key West online (I live in Houston, TX) and sent an email inquiry to them right away. Nika set up at time to speak with me over the phone, and even when she found out that our wedding was more than a year out was willing to meet with us when we visited Key West the following month. From that moment on I knew we absolutely found the right person to help us plan our wedding. She handled every detail for us, kept me on track when I needed to pay a deposit, worked within our budget, made recommendations for what she knew would work best for our venue, booked and was the contact for all the vendors, and when it finally came time for the big day, made sure everything ran smoothly. Planning a destination wedding so far from home could have probably presented several challenges, especially because we wouldn't have been able to have in-person meetings and visualize what the final product was going to look like. Our experience was the complete opposite and I really can't relate to anyone when they say that planning a wedding is stressful. Nika made it the least stressful event ever! We hired Nika for our Nov 5th 2016 wedding as a day of planner. Nika when above and beyond for us, we had a destination wedding and from about a month out she handle everything for us. She was amazing, we through her some curve balls and she just kept on swinging. Best money we spent on the wedding was hiring Nika, I thought I could handle all the planning and had no plans or hiring a planner, as we got closer to the day and I wasnt able to go to my vendors and check in with them, I knew I had to find someone to do it for us. Abbie Skibinski was more than a wedding planner, she became a friend through out the process of my wedding. We are from Ohio but Key West is our favorite place, so we knew we would have our wedding there. We had planned everything by ourselves but wanted everything to go smoothly the day of our wedding so we decided to get a wedding planner. Seven weeks before our wedding, our reception venue closed. They did not try to even contact us to tell us that they were closing or did close; without Abbie, we would have never known this. She helped find us another reception venue very quickly. Three days before our wedding, our photographer canceled on us (who Abbie had warned us about). Again, Abbie came to the rescue of finding us a photographer the day before our wedding. Needless to say, Abbie was very helpful, efficient, and that makes me grateful to have her as my wedding planner. I'm glad I booked Nika at Soirée as my "Day Of Wedding" coordinator. She recommended vendors, answered a ton of questions, provided suggestions and even joined us at the food tasting. A month before the wedding she asked me to cc her in all wedding emails which helped her stay on top of the many changes I made last minute. I am so happy for hiring Nika Stroble as our "Day Of Wedding" planner. She provided us with excellent service above and beyond the requirements of the "Day Of" planner. She provided me with advice and suggestions months before the wedding. She was always very friendly and patient when answering all of my questions. As there were many!! Being that we lived in another state, she was very accommodating to all of our needs. She let us send boxes of decor directly to her house. She stored all of our wedding essentials we provided and delivered them to our wedding location. For those of you not considering hiring a wedding planner due to financial reasons, this is one service I would be sure to allow in your budget. We picked Nika after interviewing several Key West-based planners. She was the most laid-back and seemed very confident and flexible. We had a lot of moving parts to our wedding -- a meet and greet cocktail hour, a rehearsal dinner, the wedding and a goodbye brunch -- and Nika handled it all really well.There were a couple of hiccups in the planning process, and she was quick to offer alternatives. And she was willing to promptly answer countless questions and emails throughout the entire process. Our wedding ended up being even better than we expected as a result.

She's very connected to other vendors so took her suggestions on things like catering and the DJ. We're glad we did!

Dear Key West bride to be: first of all, you NEED a coordinator, and second, you NEED Nika and Soiree Key West! I can't say enough great things about her and the huge impact she had on making our wedding day flawless. She's a Key West native, so she knows pretty much everything and has worked with pretty much every other wedding vendor in town. All her recommendations were spot on - listen to her! I am beyond thrilled that I came across Nika at Soiree Key West! I had done a lot of research and talked to several wedding planners prior to talking with Nika. Although all of the other planners were nice and helpful, none seemed to be the perfect fit. Let me just start by saying that Lee is Phenomenal!! She is amazing at her job and I am so glad that I had the honor of having her as my wedding planner. She is a sweet person and when you talk to her you feel like you already know her (my bridesmaids would agree).
She was available at all times with any questions that I had and responded very quickly. I'm terrible at making decisions and Lee gave me her list of recommended officiants, photographers, bakeries, etc. It was a tremendous help. The day of my wedding could not have gone any smoother. The venue and ceremony site were decorated perfectly and beyond anything that I had imagined.

I hired Soiree Key West for day of coordination and they went above and beyond my expectations. Lee was amazing in handing all the little things I never would have thought of and keeping everything organized and flowing well. I even ended up having them do my flowers and decor. I truly have way too many good things to say about Nika and Soiree Key West! We were planning our entire wedding from Arizona, never having been to Key West, and Nika helped us execute everything perfectly! The entire day was 1000x better than I ever could have imagined and I could never thank her enough! We had a very small, intimate beach wedding, for which she set everything up beautifully! Nika organized all of the vendors (photographer, cake, officiant, reception restaurant) and did an incredible job on all of our flowers! Soiree Key West was amazing!! I contacted Nika 3 months before and asked her to organize and run my destination wedding. Not only was it a very short schedule, but I was making all my decisions from Atlanta, Georgia. She made my life so easy... she recommended, organized and managed all of my vendors including my photographer, caterer, cake, venue, rentals, accommodations, dj and set up my guest happy hour. Nika designed all of my flowers and decor, which came out better than I could have imagined. We were planning a destination wedding in Key West (in under 6 months), with almost 100 friends and family traveling from far and wide to celebrate with us. With all the details and vendors to keep track of, we knew we needed someone to oversee the timeline and coordinate all the vendors on the wedding day. Enter Soiree Key West (one of the best decisions we made planning the wedding). I wanted to think about nothing but getting married and having fun at my wedding, and thanks to Nika (and Lee!) that is exactly what happened. I was probably a little too hands off even the day of the wedding, but they handled absolutely everything and went out of their way to make decisions and execute things without asking us a ton of questions. When it occurred to me to wonder about something, I would find them already doing it. It was amazing and exactly what we wanted. From my first phone call with Nika I just knew I could trust her and that we were in great hands. Starting a month before the wedding she took on coordinated with the (many) vendors and setup the timeline, letting us be us and providing guidance and input when we asked. Come the day of (as if I haven't said it enough already) we were 100% worry-free. Soiree has a wonderful reputation in the Keys, and we would often hear comments like "oh good, they are great" when telling other vendors who our day-of-coordinator was. Nika is very professional, organized, and responsive. It was a great day and we are so thankful to Nika for all she did to help make it amazing!

Nika was worth every penny, we planned our wedding from outside the US with her and it is safe to say she was instrumental in making our wedding day go so smoothly. Months before the wedding she was very helpful in coordinating with other vendors and making sure the timeline made sense for the day.

We also had her do our floral arrangements (including centerpieces and bouquets) which looked fantastic. She knew exactly the style and feel we were going for with our wedding and helped to steer us in the right direction. She was also very patient and responsive to all of our questions, as you could imagine, we had plenty of questions never having been to Key West before. She had great suggestions down to the smallest details, such as using a Key West picture book for our guests to sign.

We highly recommend her to anyone planning a wedding in the Florida Keys. Thank you again Nika!

I don't remember how I came across Soiree Key West and Nika but boy am I glad I did! I spoke with several planners on the phone before carefully selecting Soiree and from our initial conversation I knew I made the right choice. Nika offers wonderful suggestions throughout the whole process. We were fortunate enough to travel to Key West to do some vendor site visits. Nika picked us up from our hotel and had a full day mapped out with different sites to see- my husband loved how organized Nika was with handouts and details for each location. It was apparent during those visits that Nika is a well respected planner in the community with excellent connections. The rest of the planning was done by phone/email and social media! Nika Stroble was essential to our wedding. We used her day of coordination services for our wedding of 64 at the Old Town Manor. But her services went above and beyond just helping us on the day of.
During the planning process, she kept us up to date and organized. I was very comfortable having her in charge! She respected our vision and also made creative suggestions that we're incredibly helpful.
Most importantly, she made the big day go smoothly. She kept all of the goofball groomsmen in line. We had a friend officiate, and he said he couldn't have done it with out her help.

She was amazing, she was with me through every step of the way and every minute of all events. We planned everything in about 7 months and I could not have been happier with how everything went. At the beginning of planning Lee gave us many options and ideas for venues and she was very patient while we made our decision. Since we had many different events happening in 3 days it was a little chaotic for me but Lee kept everything organized and was very on top of when payments were due to each vendor and each venue location. She also was so creative in the decorations for the wedding and welcome dinner. I thought the locations for both events were pretty enough so I was minimal on decorations but Lee made it look like I actually had a lot of decorations, it looked beautiful. All of my guests commented on how lovely the wedding was. Soiree was also in charge of my bouquets and center pieces which were absolutely beautiful. Where do I start! Nika and Lee were beyond amazing throughout the whole wedding process. Our centerpieces were put together perfectly. People are still talking about how unique and how it went so well with our theme. They exceeded our expectations with every step of the process. We do feel they went beyond their contracted duties to make sure everything went to how we pictured our wedding day. One of the things we really appreciated was that she always answered our questions quickly and made us feel that she had everything in control. This helped us relax through out the stress of planning a wedding. On a personal note we not only feel that we had the best wedding planners but gained new friends in the process.
