We hired Nick for our wedding in Anaheim CA and he did an outstanding job! Nick met with us a few weeks before the wedding so he could capture and present the special moments of our reception. Nick was right on cue at every important part of the wedding reception such as our first dance and Bride and Father dance etc. Nick also has a high energy voice and really commanded the reception with his notices and announcements. Nick was the best DJ ever. He played exactly what I wanted all night. But besides being a great DJ he also made sure we stayed on schedule and got all of the nights activities in. The night was such a world wind that without him we would have missed something. But because of he's experience and professionalism we got it all done and everyone had a amazing time. We had Nick for our wedding this past weekend and he was absolutely awesome! He was extremely responsive when requesting a quote and we booked him almost immediately after the initial conversation. He is easy going and gives great guidance with listening to all ideas and adapts to make it special. He was adaptable to phone calls and was available to help finalize our song list and give ideas as well when we weren't sure which direction to go. I cannot say enough about how great he was and I HIGHLY recommend him to anyone for your wedding or any other special event that you need a professional that will make sure that the event goes as great as you hope. I don't know where to start with Nick! He's an amazing DJ, an overall great person! The first time we met with Nick, my husband and I were planning to mess with him a little. We met up with him and told him we were having a gothic wedding infused with Banda. Nick took it serious and was taking notes when my husband and I busted laughing. We told him we were kidding and he cracked up. He got our sense of humor and I think that's why we loved him! He took the time to figure out our style, he picked up on our vibes. When the wedding came around, he kept all of my guests dancing all night. Many friends left with blisters on their feet from all the dancing. We threw a surprise party (last minute) and LUCKLY Nic was available!! Super helpful with where we should set up, was able to bring in some purple lights (the party was PRINCE THEMED, so. ....PURPLE EVERYTHING. His playlist was ON POINT.) and the set he put together had us dancing all night. He's the best! Nick DJ'd my wedding on Sept 3rd. He was INCREDIBLE! All of my friends and family kept raving about him all night. He really knows how to read the crowd and had everyone dancing the entire night. Our wedding day was a tad more magical with our DJ extraordinaire Nick!

SoCal Mobile DJ is a wonderful event entertainment company and we're so happy that we hired them for our wedding.

From our first e-mail/in-person meeting interaction with Nick, he was quick and responsive. He promptly answered all of our questions (and there were a lot of them) and was extremely helpful with planning out the reception entertainment.

The wedding day was filled with the best music in the world - 90's RnB and HipHop. It was our request and DJ Nick pulled off one of the best sets ever. Accompanied by his brother, the team were wonderful hosts and provided the day with an extra layer of fun.

We're so impressed by the enthusiasm, attention to detail, and compassion displayed by the whole team at SoCal Mobile Events!

Our guests thoroughly enjoyed the music/entertainment throughout the entire day. There wasn't a single moment that the dance floor wasn't fully occupied by bobbing heads and the running man. Thank you again to DJ Nick and the team for making our wedding day special.

If your looking for a positive, fun, funny, and professional DJ, Nic is your man! He is amazing. He showed up 2 hours before his scheduled time and was more then prepared by the time my husband and I showed up!

He played all my songs on my list and my family and I danced the entire night! He catered to all the audience, young and old. He followed my wedding program to the T!

I looked everywhere for just the right person to DJ at my son’s wedding, I found Nick and was sold based on all the positive reviews and he did not disappoint: he was prompt to respond to calls and emails, working with him was easy and communication flowed smoothly. This review is way over due! DJ Jay did a beyond amazing job! Super cooL and easy going guy! He showed up on time to set up and was super easy to work with. Tell him what kind of music you want to listen to and he has it. At the beginning of the party I asked him to just play whatever music fits the vibe and he did just that. Durning dinner time we had guest already dancing in their seats ready to get on the dance floor. This was for a graduation party so i had close family and friends and co workers over and they all had a great time dancing. He even joined the crowd by throwing up some fist pumps from his station and got them going even more. I had people asking where I found him because they liked his energy; I met him at my company Christmas party that he DJ for. He will always be my go to DJ! Omg, so what great things can I say about Nick that haven't already been said on his reviews. Let me just say that there is no way you can go wrong in picking Him to be your DJ/MC. He is a super people person, down to earth and super awesome. He will help you out for any of your requests as a DJ and definitely goes the extra mile to make you a satisfied customer.
