SoCal Lazer & Medi-Spa

I have been to So cal lazer a few times for botox and fillers. Most, if not all of my encounters with the office have been amazing. However, this last encounter left me speechless. I went in for botox, did my forehead, eyes and upper lip flip. I was extremely upset bc I went in to get rid of my eye wrinkles, what I was left with was new wrinkles on my cheeks, I can't even talk or smile without these wrinkles appearing. I SPENT $700 to look worst than before I went in. I called the office and let them know I was upset and I had new wrinkles, I didn't want them touching my face but they insisted I go in. I told them I would stop by for PICTURES ONLY. When I got there I was told by the nurse that this was the effect of the botox, mind you I've been doing botox for years, I have never had my cheeks droop down. She went back and fourth with me trying to explain how botox works!!!None the less I told them I wasn't there to argue about "what happened" I drove over an hour for them to just take photos to see how bad they messed up my face. They kept showing me before and after pics, I let them know I was satisfied with my forehead, and eyes but I didn't expect to have additional wrinkles on my cheeks a week later. The nurse offered me a refund for the product that was used in my eyes (that was carelessly injected in the wrong area); I agreed, she went to go talk to the doctor in private... well it wasn't very private because They stood right in the hallway not knowing I could hear every word. They said Things like "it's not my responsibility or my problem to worry about additional wrinkles" "we did what she wanted" the doctor was not happy about the refund request (mind you IT WAS THE NURSE THAT OFFERED)... they went on to talk for a few minutes, even the receptionist could hear them as we waited in the lobby. She shut the door but of course we could still hear. YES they got rid of my eye wrinkles but completely fucked up the rest of my face. They went on to talk about me and how ridiculous my thoughts on it were; at that point I didn't even give a crap about the refund. I grabbed my stuff and let the receptionist know that I could hear them talking horribly about me. I know the results of botox are different for everyone and I know that there is nothing you can do except wait for time to go by... I wouldn't have written this review if i were only dissatisfied with their work... what pushed me over the edge was the doctor (female, not Dr. Ayoub) and the nurse Katiya were very inappropriate and unprofessional. To speak about patients the way they did is so disrespectful and rude. You would think the doctor would listen to your concerns and would want to see your results prior to jumping to conclusions, the doctor never even spoke with me that day. I bought a Groupon here for 6 treatments of lazer hair removal under my arms and have always had a good experience with the technicians! Katia is great and so is the other one although I can't remember her name. I've had so much reduction in hair growth and never get ingrown hairs anymore. During my last treatment recently they bought a new machine - the Soprano Ice and it didn't even hurt at all. Go to this place! More...

Katia is as good as it gets!  She is amazing.  Tried the new Erbidum laser and it went really well.  My first laser.  Their pricing is really attractive.We guys need this too.
