These people are shady and will take advantage of you. Their device is never calibrated and WILL subsequently make mistakes. I have another device that's calibrated monthly to support this. Their device says "positive" almost regularly now while the other device says negative. The only way to get them to correct the situation is send them $150, plus shipping, for another machine. Absolutely worst customer service of any company I have every worked with. Avoid them at all costs.

I have used the device for two years, its a piece of crap. It takes multiple tests to get a successful test to go through. The device does not hold a charge leaving it dead half the time. If you use it at night and the lighting in your car is low, they will send you a text message asking you to retest. I have had 8 false positives that landed me in court, the reports are easy to manipulate to show the retest of the positive not included so you basically look like you are in violation. Thousands of dollars spent explaining how this POS works, or doesn't work. Customer service is a joke, impossible to get a hold of for a simple password resent, to tech support, etc. More...

When I left rehab, my social worker recommended Soberlink. In the early stages of sobriety, it may be difficult to re-establish trust with friends and family who have been hurt and lied about by addiction. Soberlink helped me in that capacity. It encourages me to stay on track and helps build trust. My wife travels a lot and we have two small children at home. Knowing she could receive Soberlink messages while she was away reassured her and helped our relationship become stronger. I also have parents who live in another state. Soberlink is a great product. The technology is pretty advanced, and it's also an excellent way to monitor a person trying to get sober.
