Excellent studio! We’ve done the holiday mini sessions at Harding Nursery for two years now, and are very impressed with the photo quality as well as the photographer’s personality and professionalism. Would highly recommend!

We have used Casey at Snowshoe Studios for the last 20 plus years, since my husband and I got engaged! Casey works hard to give you the best photos possible. She has a wonderful eye to find beyond the standard group and individual photos. Casey takes the time necessary to get the very best images possible! She has even worked as the Denver Broncos official photographer. If you want an awesome photographer hire Casey at Snowshoe Studios. More...

I loved working with Casey and Snowshow Studio for the Stokes wedding in August 2020! Casey made the bride and wedding party so comfortable and brought out creative ideas to make memorable moments even with not the best views due to the fires in the front range.

As an event planner in the Denver/CO Springs area, I definitely would recommend Snowshoe for my events. :)

Casey and Bailey were amazing! They made my wedding so special and less stressful. Bailey even went out of her way to get me water and food when I needed it. I couldn’t say enough good things about them! Thank you for everything ladies More...

Casey did a fabulous job on my daughter's wedding photos. The big feature of the day was the bride riding down a trail in the woods on her horse and we selected Casey because she was able to capture the essence of a horse's spirit as we had seen in other photos. We were not disappointed and would highly recommend Casey and Snowshoe Studios for your professional photos! More...

Casey Gent and Snowshoe Studios has done an amazing job with our LPHS softball team photos for the last few years. She is so patient with our girls and takes her time capturing each shot that they want. She combines her artistic eye with the needs and wants of our players to create some fantastic photos that the girls LOVE!! More...

We used Casey for our wedding shoot. When we initially met with her, she explained she’d have an assistant there to capture “both angles” of every shot. The day of, it was just Casey. When we spoke after the wedding, she explained something had come up for her assistant. When I questioned why she didn’t have a “backup”, she got rather indignant and would only say she fulfilled her contract. We ended up with only 98 photos from our wedding. I don’t know what photographers usually average, but 98 always seemed rather low. Casey seems great at first, but the slightest hiccup, and she becomes very difficult to work with. Would not recommend! More...

My family and I had the pleasure of spending the afternoon with Cassie while she captured my family perfectly. She took the time to talk with us about our lives and asked questions about what we would like to have done and I could not be happier with the results! She is very warm and engaging and we will continue to use Snow Shoes Studios to capture all of our family's precious moments. More...

My daughter had her ballet class pictures taken by this studio and I have a few issues with this experience. First of all, my photo order arrive missing a picture which I knew I had paid for, so I contacted the studio to correct the mistake. The person answering the phone insisted that I had not ordered the picture that was missing, but that she would replace it for $5.00. I told her that I knew I had ordered this print and wanted to have it sent out to me. She said, "I do not have the time to do this for all the dancers, but I will send it...". After the phone call I felt that something did not sit right so I looked up the costs in my financial records and sure enough I had purchased more pictures than were sent to me. I called her back to let her know that my records prove that I had ordered this print and it simply was not mailed to me. Instead of apologizing for her mistake, which I know can happen, she said "Well, it's been ordered." And hung up on me. Terrible customer service. Secondly, the ballet pictures are out of focus-both the class shots and the personal dancer shot. In the class photo, my daughter's face looks like it has been photoshopped in from another picture. I would HIGHLY discourage any one from using this business at any time for any reason. More...

Casey has photographed our family several times over many years. We have benefited many times from her creativity and beautiful work. Last Thanksgiving all four of our children were home for just 24 hours; they surprised my husband and me. I picked up the phone to call Casey to see if she could run over and get a photo of our family while we were all together. The morning after Thanksgiving Casey was there! She spent 45 minutes with us traipsing through the snow and forest to get many wonderful shots. Those photos are some of our favorite photos of all time. Thank you Casey for who you are and for your incredible gift to catch such beautiful and creative shots. You're are the best of the best! More...

Casey first photographed my kids when they were in preschool and she just did my son's Senior pictures. They are perfect! Casey is truly an artist, and that combined with her ability to make her subjects feel at ease creates beautiful results. She has been photographing my kids for many years - both individually and in large groups at their school functions. She is always an amazing model of relaxed professionalism in the midst of chaos! The memories she has captured for us are among our most priceless treasures. When we were evacuated during the Black Forest Fire, her portraits of our kids were among the few things we grabbed.Snowshoe Studio, thanks for years of great work!! More...

We had Casey as our wedding photographer two years ago. I loved meeting with her initially and felt she was very knowledgeable and liked her portfolio and prices. She gathered lots of information from me, such as family members and wedding party names so that the day of, she would be prepared. I also showed her some examples of what I liked and we made a list of "to-do's" for the wedding day. Well, the day of the wedding ran quite differently than anticipated. She wasn't aware of anyone's names (though this could have been my fault?), we didn't do any of the creative poses we had discussed, and we ended up going to a location in between ceremony and reception that we hadn't talked about. I'll admit I was a bit air-headed the day of my wedding, but I still think the photographer should have initiated photos with my ushers, my pianist, and some of my extended family. Instead I felt like I had to try to run down the list from memory, a list I gave to her prior to the wedding. By the end, I ended up with several nice photos, but only one photo of myself (at an awkward angle, no-less) and no real romantic photos with my husband. Our engagement photos we had done by a photography student turned out better and showed more emotion than these did. We'll definitely be doing a re-do in the near future!I've read so many great things about Casey, so I thought maybe this was just a fluke and she was having an "off day." Well this past weekend, my friend used Casey for her wedding- with the same complaints! The largest being that she expressed to Casey how important it was to get photos of her with her father (as he's currently battling cancer), yet the wedding planner had to remind Casey to capture the father-daughter moments, and what was captured was less to be desired. She has talent, but as a wedding day photographer, I'm afraid she's not quite on-target. More...
