American BBQ Caterer
We cater 100% natural wood-smoked in authentic Texas BBQ style. We use premium cuts only and they all take from 2 to 20 hours in the smoker. We offer 3 packages, our “Select package” will get you all the food sliced and ready to eat in foil pans delivered. The “Choice package” will get you a food station with 1 or 2 tables, buffet style, beautifly decorated with a BBQ flare and food warmers under each trat. The “Prime package” will have the same decorated food station with a server.
