Smokin' Angels Q is a local Black Owned business. As Chef and owner, I have been catering for 10 years. The food truck is new to business this past year. We are able to handle any size catering and at any location as the food trailer has a fully equipped kitchen.

amazing food. We had BBQ Sliders, baked Mac and cheese (the bomb), baked beans, and Cole slaw. All to absolutely die for. We contacted Smokin' Angels Q last minute and needed catering for 60 ppl, they where a pleasure to work with, commutation excellent and they knocked it out of the park. every one loved the food. I didn't have to worry about one thing on my day. And there price couldn't be beat , by anyone with in 100 miles, trust me..... More...

What’s your signature dish?
I have several. My pulled pork BBQ, Smoked Prime Rib, Mushroom Risotto are my favorites.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We take into account our clients wishes, allergens, needs, ages of served and mix that together to make sure our client has exactly what they dream of on their special occasion.
What do you love most about your job?
I love interacting with my clients and perfecting their wishes to make their occasion stress free and enjoyable.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Watching my grandfather and learning at his side inspired me to want to cook and make others happy through a love of good food, family, and friends. I took that concept and have now made it my own to fulfill and expand my dream of entrepreneurship.
Why should our clients choose you?
We strive to provide a person touch and experience to each client. We hope that they feel special, included, and involved without being overwhelmed in each step of the process.

We do not offer online at this time. We are able to work remotely. Our food truck is its own, self sustained kitchen and we have our own power. No matter if you are in the city or off the dirt roads we can provide the catering experience of your wishes.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Our food prep, service equipment, are all cleaned and sanitized both after each use and again just prior to using. We maintain strict hand washing and glove wearing while prepping and serving.

Dinner Catering
Buffet set up with carving station if required. Your choice of any foods.
Wedding Catering
We serve from backyard to black tie and everything in between. We can provide plating, silverware, paper products, glasses from basic paper to China ware. Included in our Wedding Catering is a wicker take away basket for the happy couple. We know that most couples do not get a chance to sit and enjoy their meal. Allow us to gift you with a meal prepped and ready to leave to enjoy at your leisure.
Graduation/Birthdays
We are happy to provide your choice of celebration meal in a buffet style set up.
