Amazing! I recently moved to the area and began as a new patient at Smiles by Hanna. One of the things that attracted me to their practice is previous reviews about how great they were with patients with dental anxiety (me! ). I learned I had two fillings that needed to be replaced and was nervous. However, everyone was so warm, professional, and kind which was so reassuring. During the procedure, Dr. Hanna shared what was happening every step of the way and made sure there was no pain. I left feeling so confident in her & her assistant's capabilities and knowing that if something else happens there is nothing to worry about. The entire staff were genuinely kind, patient & above and beyond helpful. Beyond grateful to the entire staff. Special mention goes to Katie, Linda, Jeanette & of course to Dr. Hanna. Going to the dentist is a a phobia of mine, and this was the easiest, most pain free trip (which included a deep cleaning) I think I’ve ever experienced! This is by far the best place! Everyone is so friendly and they are all so patient! I feel comfortable going and I'm at ease during my appointments. I had a bad experience with other dentists before which discouraged me to get seen again for maanyy years. Dr Hanna and Amanda were the best. I had severe tooth pain and a bad infection, they got me in right away (being a new patient). Once going in they determined the infection was to bad they had to wait to pull my tooth, they treated me with antibiotics and pain meds. Two days letter I was back and they were able to pull the tooth. (Which was severely decayed) If anyone is uncomfortable with going in or embarrassed by how bad they think their teeth are, don’t be with Dr. Hanna and Amanda they really just want you and your mouth to be healthy. Highly recommend Smiles by Hanna not only for general dentist work but also extensive cosmetic work. Dr Hanna and her team are extremely friendly, make sure you are comfortable at all times and their work is always done with great precision. The office is very clean and nicely decorated especially during the pandemic which was important to me. I had crown lengthening done along with 8 veeners on my top teeth 5-12. When I first visited Smiles by Hanna, it had been my first visit to the dentist since having any adult teeth. Needless to say, I was terrified. Dr Hanna told me I had 1 cavity, but upon looking back and forth at the hygienist, the number went all the way up to 8. They then told me that the only reason I still had teeth was because I'm young. When all was said and done, they quoted me $11000 worth of work I needed done. Seven fillings, 1 overlay, laser whitening, a night guard, and all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed because "you don't need them, why keep them?"Upon coming home to my husband with this hefty bill, we talked about it and decided to get a second opinion. If I needed the work done, fine, we'd figure it out, but it sounded like they were fishing for money. I ended up going to my husband's highly rated dentist about a month later, where the prognosis was completely different. I only needed 3 fillings, and they weren't nearly as severe as Smiles by Hanna had made it seem. They said my teeth and gums were super healthy, and while I did need my wisdom teeth out, it was because they were impacted. I was blinded by the purple office and my underlying fear of the dentist, but now I've seen the light; don't go here unless it's for a specific procedure that they offer (such as their water laser).
