Wonderful service! My brother found Issac's company and we couldn't be more happy with their service to and from OAK Airport. We arrived at OAK on a Sunday morning (12:50am) and the communication was great. We felt safe and the SUV was immaculately clean. We will definitely use them again in the future. More...

Fantastic Service! Isaac responded quick to my initial inquiry and we booked the trip. He was on time to get us to the airport with time to spare, and on the return, even though our flight was delayed a few hours, he kept in touch with me and monitored our flights to pick us up with no problems. SmartTrip was a joy.  Professional, punctual, knowledgeable and appropriate and went beyond what I expected.  Isaac took a level of managing my trip off my shoulders.  I needed to get to and from SFO for a trip that was not a happy one.  Isaac was right there.  Communicated with me prior to leaving and it was a relief to know he would be there upon my return.  My cell phone delaminated up my return and I couldn't let him know where I was.  I managed to use someone else's phone---but I knew Isaac would not leave me.  He didn't, and was parking his beautiful car to come find me when I reached him.  He brought comfort to a tough situation along with his expert driving and wonderful service. Smartrip is a great service!  I am so happy to have found Isaac via NextDoor.com, as some of our neighbors have used his service.  He confirms the pick-up date and time the day before, he is punctual, polite and friendly - and he is a very safe, efficient driver.  Isaac's rates are better than other private shuttle services - and you cannot beat a private ride to the airport, which translates into not having to leave as early for the airport as one would via a shared shuttle ride. Isaac's friendliness, punctuality and reliability cannot be beat.  I have highly recommended Smartrip to neighbors and friends. More...

We used this service for a round trip ride from El Sobrante to Oakland Airport. It is just the best! Isaac is amazing and the car is immaculate and luxurious. He is on time, smartly dressed, intelligent and classy - and generally an amazing person. Oh - and he's a great driver! It was a fast, full service experience where everything (including airport pick up) went perfectly.  I also used the service to have a visiting friend taken to SFO. She raved about it afterward - so posh and professional yet friendly. I highly recommend Isaac for airport rides, wine tour rides, or any transportation you need. You will love it! More...

We used the services to have my son & friends taken to and from prom. The kids had a fabulous time and said Isaac was "Hella Cool"! !!! Since we had a small group we went with the luxury SUV. They got picked up & dropped off on time. And the highlight of their night was when Isaac went through the drive through to get them food before dropping them off. What can I say about SmarTrip ...? Absolutely top of the line professional, friendly and very punctual. Thank you Isaac For the timely route to SFO airport and navigating around the reported traffic accident. I very much appreciated the call early morning to ensure we were on time. Thank you for your consideration.Upon my return I was greeted by Isaac, had a delightful conversation the entire drive home.
