Dr. Sayegh has been my primary care physician and I couldn't be happier. Every time I need to come in - which fortunately isn't too often - everything is easy-peasy. Dr. Sayegh takes good care of me since I walked in starting X ray, I am fortunate to have Dr. Sayegh and his team to treat my knee problems. The injection procedure itself was very quick and painless, nurse even made house calls to see how the wound was. I came into S.M.A.R.T. Spine Institute after 'sucking it up,' and thinking my back issues would improve on it's own. Dr. Sayegh had worked on a few people I know who had some amazing recovery stories most related to back, knee, foot, and wrist. So when my back issues persisted I finally went in. He immediately knew what was wrong with my back and started treatment. The x-ray just reiterated what he already knew. After our first session I already felt a tremendous difference. All I can say is WOW! My first appointment with S.M.A.R.T Spine Institute was by far the best, most comprehensive, detailed and caring treatment I have ever experienced. I am a personal trainer by profession, and have a fair amount of body awareness but have been suffering from severe sciatica for what felt like a month or so. Within the first few minutes, Dr. Sayegh was able to assess it had actually been present for much longer due to structural imbalances and compensations in the rest of my spine. He took his time in the assessment, instead of rushing through and making conclusions without explaining which is standard for most chiro's I've seen. From there, I was walked through several methodical therapy practices - each time having the method and expectations of sensation being carefully explained. From ultrasound therapy, soft tissue massage, chiropractic adjustments, electric therapy, and compression boots, I was worked on with the utmost of care and concern. The trust they established was immediate, and I was blown away by their profound knowledge and application of it. I broke my arm back in August I have no medical insurance and no way to handle this situation. Went in today to my first massage at S.M.A.R.T...the receptionist , Kelly greeted me with a friendly smile . I didn't have to wait much and Nicole took care of my massage . I was a bit nervous as this was my first real massage, but Nicole made me feel very comfortable . The hour flew by , I wish I could have stayed an extra hour . I have two high-level athletes that see Dr. Sayegh regularly. My son plays club soccer, along with High School soccer and pretty much plays all year around. Over a year ago he felt something wasn't right with his foot during one of his games. I was referred to SMART Spine, specifically to see Dr. Sayegh. That was one of the best appointments ever. I called the office spoke to him and was able to get in and see him ASAP. The office staff made it very easy to get all the paperwork and future appointment setting all worked out seamlessly. He was able to help diagnose my son and treated him with the utmost respect by thoroughly explaining what was going on and what steps he needed to take to prevent any future injuries. My son continued to do PT and stayed off his foot for at least 6 weeks. He also has such a great team of people working with him that made every appointment that much better. He was able to connect my son with an in house orthopedist for orthotics and a neurologist to test for nerve damage. He also had Dr. Laura show him how to wrap his own foot and ankle prior to practices and games. This has also given my son the confidence to continue the sport and not be sidelined for injuries that couldn't be explained. Thank goodness for Dr. Sayegh, he is always honest, courteous and genuine and he sincerely shows how much he cares for their well being. The office staff has also been really great with getting appointments set especially with short notice. There is plenty of parking in the back and the front office and back rooms are very clean and kept tidy.Thank you Dr. Sayegh and team for always providing a positive experience!!! My daughter is a high level gymnast who is also training to be elite. She practices 30+ hours a week at the gym. Needless to say, she endures countless injuries and is in need of continuous chiropractic care. Thank heaven for Dr Sayegh and his superior staff! My daughter has never received better treatment and care then here at Smart Spine. Prior to seeing Dr Sayegh, she tried 2 other chiropractors who were just "ok". They would do the basic adjustments and send us on our way. Never really working on "healing" her. Dr. Sayegh has helped me with a wrist injury, back injury, shoulder injurie, and most recently a groin injury. I also did an internship at S. M.A.R.T. spine over the summer of 2017. And I liked it so much that I went back the summer of 2019. I am only in 8th grade and I love working with sports medicine and injuries because I have a history of sports related injuries. I went to S.M.A.R.T. spine for multiple sports injuries. Not just for my back. While Dr. Sayegh, Dr. Herry, and Dr. Manasseh are great with the spine thy are also amazing with other bones and muscles. This place is amazing, they really know how to explain everything and keep you in the loop through the whole process. Dr. Richard Sayegh does an amazing job . After two sessions I already feel much better in terms of posture and back/neck pain. The entire staff team is super nice and explains what they are about to do so you aren’t surprised in the process. Dr. Richard Sayegh is the best! When I originally saw him I was pregnant and I’m so much pain I couldn’t walk. After being treated by him, I felt amazing! FF to my recent visit that was today. I woke up with vertigo 2 weeks ago and it was HORRIBLE!! It came out no where and I ran immediately to SMART Spine and went in 3 times for a series of adjustments to my neck and back and boom! ! Vertigo was completely gone in 4 days!! It was incredible. Dr Sayegh and Dr Harry and Dr Laura and Dr Manessah are the best at what the do. They're truly experts and take the time to make sure you feel your best and that your comfortable the whole time. I love coming here and I LOVE not having vertigo too. The entire staff is friendly, courteous, and professional. Their equipment is clean and in excellent condition; very practical for the volume of patients they see and the work they do. They have great flexibility with my ever changing schedule and accommodate my needs as best they can every single time. It feels more like spa treatment than therapy and I'm only all too happy to see them. Dr. Harry has treated me on several occasions, even catching an issue or two that I had no idea was affecting my health, and offered several options to treat them; they're well versed in a variety of medical fields which is great as far as having affordable options. This is the place to get taken care of. Definitely more than just a chiropractic office. So many great modalities used for healing purposes. I orginally came to Smart Spine due to a small but painful calf muscle strain.I was treated by Dr. Sayegh without me even explaining my injury he already knew the issue & exactly what treatment was needed. Treatment began immediately & continued a few more times.which then led me to physical therapy in the upstairs gym, where I still currently work out with their trainer Mark who has exceeded my expectations. Dr. Sayegh also became my new chiropractor & smart became my knew home for healing & care. No injury to big or small for this place. The staff here provides a positive & uplifting environment. Dr. Sayegh is so caring for his patients. Honestly, I have been in pain for 7 years. I’ve always been afraid of chiropractic work being done on me. I was referred to Dr Sayegh by a colleague after explaining my pains and aches. After 5 minutes of him explaining my X-ray I was extremely confident that this guy could help me and I got the sense that he truly cared about my well being(which means a lot to me when getting any treatment). If you are as physically active as I am with sports injury or simply in need of chiropractic adjustment. Make this place your weekly, bi-weekly or monthly routine and ask for Dr. Laura. I have been a patient of Dr. Laura for the last 5 years. She has treated me for lower back pain, torn ligaments, muscle spasms to minor ankle sprains. WARNING, LONG BUT WELL DESERVED REVIEW: Almost a decade ago, I injured my right wrist from trying to be an overachiever at the gym. The pain from the original diagnosis of tendinitis of my wrist & forearm slowly but surely traveled up my right wrist to my shoulder, & my neck. I tried everything - ice, heat therapy, massages, acupuncture, a steroid shot, substituting weight lifting for Pilates, & popping ibuprofen multiple times a day. Nothing worked very well or for too long & as I got older, I resigned myself to accepting the pain as part of the aging process. It wasn't until the pain started traveling to the left side of my body that I became really concerned at the thought of being permanently debilitated & I knew I had to get proactive. A friend referred me to Dr. Laura & within the first 3 visits, my pain had diminished dramatically. Aside from the usual adjustments & office procedures, Dr. Laura also showed me simple stretching exercises I could do at home so that I can be an active participant in my healing. I can say, without exaggeration, that her treatment has given me that decade back & more. My posture is the best it has ever been, I'm no longer reliant on painkillers, & I'm slowly incorporating weights into my exercise routine again. The overall sense of wellness & alignment has been life changing & I love no longer having to be so mindful of & accommodating pain in my day to day. I cannot recommend this place enough! Everybody here truly loves what they do and it shows in their work. The staff is extremely energetic, intelligent , and well versed. Every interaction and visit has been tremendously helpful so I am always excited and delighted to attend my sessions. Marco is a stellar tech and such a valuable asset to the team. Dr. Manasseh is a truly gifted doctor and outstanding professional. In three weeks I've already noted a difference in my gait and a decrease in pain! My range of motion has greatly improved as well, and I am so excited about moving forward in treatment! My workouts have been gradually improving versus plateauing. Since my initial assessment I felt very confident about the quality of treatment. When I walked in for my first visit I was greeted with a warm smile and knew it was going to be a good experience.
