Parris and Kim catered my wedding and the food was incredible. Not only were they professional and on time, but they were also able to help problem-solve when some of our other vendors dropped the ball. We even asked Parris to cook a couple things he had never made before and he did such a phenomenal job we had guests requesting the recipe, and he was able to work around everyone’s dietary restrictions which was a huge help. When my wife and I were planning our wedding we joked part of the reason we were getting married was so Parris could cook for our wedding. That wasn’t that wrong. After working and getting to know Parris over the years I knew there was no one else I’d trust to create a meal everyone would enjoy. His communication was perfect, the set-up was impeccable and the taste of everything was out of this world.
