Very happy with Slingshot. From the beginning speaking to sales, the onboarding team, the service from everyone at Slingshot has been second to none.
Even though we are a small company with few users, Slingshot has been thoughtful and attentive with us.
The call quality has been excellent, and even in the short time we have been with Slingshot, I am already noticing we are not losing calls to hang-ups as we did with our landlines.
More calls are coming through to the right departments via the auto-attendant.
So I am very pleased with our decision to switch to a VOIP provider, and I am very happy that provider was Slingshot.

We get to meet with business owners on a daily business to learn about their business, their goals, and the challenges that they are facing. It becomes a partnership as we work in collaboration with these owners and decision-makers, to design and build a system that solves a problem, enhances their work-life balance, and changes how they do business. It becomes really rewarding when we see the positive impact and hear from the clients how much we have helped.
What inspired you to start your own business?
The impetus was the realization of how much business owners were having to pay to have a telecom presence. There was a clear lack of choice and the level of support and service being provided by the major telecom companies was poor. We knew the cost of the upfront fees to install a CPE PBX was simply unjustified and we knew we could offer a better option.

Our business doesn't rely on meeting face to face. We help our clients get set up while being 100% remote, through either a voice or video call using our fully unified communications application. Our system is truly plug and play and does not require any internal IT support. Once a system is designed, we can have it implemented and running in as little as 48 hours.
