What’s your signature dish?
We are well known for our Award Winning Valencian Paellas. Made with fresh and authentic ingredients like Valencian Bomba Rice, saffron, fresh seafood or meats, and seasonal vegetables.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We can fully customize your menu based on needs, thanks to our amazing team of celebrity chefs. We have a consultation with every client to develop the perfect menu for their needs, dietary restrictions, and party style.
What do you love most about your job?
We get to spend each day making people happy! We love the fact that we care so much for our guest, our ingredients, our team and our community, while serving innovative and delicious food.
What inspired you to start your own business?
We had a dream of bringing authentic Valencian paella to the Washington D.C. area and love how every event is different.
