I am 21 years old and was starting to worry because  of fine lines in my forehead area. I started researching Botox, and I took about four to five months to really sit on my decision. After this I researched a reputable place that I could trust with my skin. I came upon Skintelligence and I am happy I did. I made an appointment with Theresa and she told me I could do a consultation with her about it and if I decided I didn't want it after consulting I didn't have to, but if I did, I could do it that same day. Theresa took her time to explain to me and my mother as well as answer all my questions, she even took the time to answer questions my mom asked about her own skin. I took a while to decide and she was so patient with me, but in the end I decided on going through with it. She was delicate, professional and told me what she was doing in every step. I am happy with the results and I am definitely going to return for facials because of the great reviews. I will also be returning for my next Botox treatment in a couple of months. I definitely recommend if you're younger to see her, she caters to all ages, but if you're young and worried about your skin she has reliable advice. Love this place!! I've gotten micro and laser hair removal done with Natalie and she is the absolute best! She goes over the treatment with you and also recommends what treatment she thinks is best. She'll even help you pick out products that best suit your skin needs. The entire staff is extremely friendly! When you walk in, the place looks beautiful. As a 25 year old, pretty big guy- I was not excited to walk into this medical office. But only to my surprise, as soon as I walked in I felt comfortable and relaxed. I went to Roxana to get a facial to clean up some acne that I have been dealing with for most of my life. She is very laid backed but super informative and didn't give me too many steps to help me improve my skin. My skin looks great. My daughter is 15 years old and has teenage acne.  I have been taking her to a dermatologist and she is on topical medication along with antibiotics.  It was helping but the acne was still persistent.  The dermatologist wanted to put her on hormones and then the next step was Acutane.  I was on Acutane and it helped me but I wanted to use Acutane as a last  resort.  I talked with my sister who is a pharmacist and she recommended going to a reputable spa to get an acne facial for my daughter.  So I found Skintelligence in Vienna.  My daughter saw Natalie and at our first appointment Natalie said she could clear up her skin in 5 treatments.  You know what she did!  My daughter's acne is so much better in fact we are just going to go now if she has a breakout.  Natalie is so knowledgeable, knows how to relate to teens and parents.  She would recommend the Skintelligence line and we bought their products but she also recommended products you can get at Target and Ulta.  My daughter was also very good about doing what Natalie said to do at home in between visits.  Since going to Natalie my daughter's face is looking wonderful and we trust her totally!  The thing we loved about Natalie is that she would not just recommend only Skintelligence but other products too.  She is amazing and my daughter is so happy with her skin she went out make up free yesterday!  I would highly recommend Natalie she is the BEST I have ever experienced! My sister bought a ton of this product and used it for a few years. She hit 41 and her skin changed and it didn't work for her any longer. I received all her product and started to use it. I go to skintelligence for fraxel laser to get rid of my acne scars. I've gone to other clinics and spent tons of money for temporary results and when i mean tons of money i mean $1000 or more for each treatment . But when i went to skintelligence the treatment was at a very reasonable price and the results were AMAZING! And permanent. Everyone is super nice and always welcoming. Fraxel laser is very painful and Teresa always tried her best to help me cope with the pain. I haven't been there in a while but I definitely do plan on going back for my 3rd treatment. More...

Skintelligence has the BEST estheticians in the area - hands down.  I came here years ago to see Mali after doing a ton of research on the best place for a facial.  I recently started seeing Natalie and absolutely love her.  Not only does she go above and beyond to make sure my skin looks amazing, she is just so sweet and lovely to talk to - I feel like she's been a friend for years and not just an amazing esthetician.  I have very sensitive skin, and after each session with Natalie it's NEVER irritated and always looks so much better.  Plus, every product she's recommended has been spot on and exactly what my skin needs.  Love her! Mama needed a mental-health/self-care/leave-me-alone day the other day so I took off the day from work to get some stuff done.  I didn't want the day to be all errands and no fun, so I called on Thursday and was able to get an appointment with Roxana on Monday.Now, let me give some background by stating when it comes to spa appointments, I'm usually not one to go for facials.  I usually choose massage, manicures, pedicures, or hair appointments as my services of choice.  I've never had acne-prone skin (a blessing, yes) so I never gave facials much thought.  But I felt like my skin had gotten really sad and crappy looking over the winter and wanted it to look brighter, fresher and less like I'm someone who works full time, has a part-time job, has a 2 year old, has another baby on the way AND is in grad school.  Because that's me.  So I chose a facial.  When I made the appt, the receptionist was very kind and friendly and joyful. She asked me specifically what kind of services I wanted and I said, "I don't know -- something that makes me look less haggard."  She laughed and said no problem -- we'll do a custom facial. The custom facial ended up being some microdermabrasion, some extractions, some steam, lots of different creams and masks and toners and things.  I've got pretty sensitive skin and nothing bothered me. The facial itself was relaxing, although I was left in the room by myself for quite a long time -- I don't know... 15-20 minutes?  I lost track of time and had a cover over my eyes so I have no idea.  Note -- if I'm going to be "processing" for that long, at least throw in a foot massage or something  Anywho....  I left and my face looked and felt better but I thought that was just because of all the massaging and creams.  I thought to myself, OK well, that was nice but it's not that big of a difference.Well, here's why I'm giving it 5 stars.  It's been 4 days since this treatment and my skin has never looked better.  I catch my reflection in the mirror and think, OH!! Now I get it!  Now I see the benefits.  My skin is clearer, more balanced, smoother.  I notice fewer blackheads on my nose.  I'm able to get away with just under-eye concealer and mascara and look reasonably put together.I will definitely be back for periodic treatments.  Thanks! I went to Skintelligence for a massage with Ranjeet because I was having arm pain that would not go away and I had heard such good things about her. My Chiropractor told me it was my Deltoid so I stopped doing upper body workouts and was really careful for a month. The trainer at my gym suggested a massage. I went to see Ranjeet and after moving me around and asking questions, she suggested it might be my rotator cuff and suggested I see a doctor and get an MRI. I went to an orthopedic who also decided it was my deltoid. When I suggested my rotator cuff, he dismissed it, but did agree to an MRI. Well, we found out that it was my rotator cuff after all. So my Chiropractor and orthopedic were wrong and Ranjeet knew what it was. She is fantastic! Schedule a massage with Ranjeet. She really knows her stuff...You won't be disappointed! More...

I just had my 2nd facial with Natalie and it was amazing! The spa is clean, quiet and calming. Natalie keeps her room very clean. I had no problem getting into their plush robe and relaxing for the 90 minute facial. Natalie is a true expert in her field and took the time to explain everything she was doing and the benefits of each product/process. She's also very sweet and made me really comfortable throughout the entire session. If it's your first time here, here's how the process goes: you go in, she asks you to get into their robe and lay down on the heated bed and covers you with a comfortable blanket. She then starts to discuss your skin concerns and what your goals are. I wasn't really sure what facial to do, so I explained my areas of concern and she recommended a facial for me. I did the 90 minute facial that consisted of extractions, facial steam, mask, and ended with products that they sell at their practice. Throughout the process, she explained what each product did and answered any questions I had about the particular product or the type of product(s). I actually learned quite a lot from her about skincare and how to better manage my skin. Also, she did a hand softening mask that felt amazing and left my hands super soft! For everyone: Returned for 2nd facial with Natalie and it was even better than the first. I'm no longer embarrassed about my skin. ...she's erased all that nonsense from my mind(for that, alone, she's a Goddess in my book, besides being such a beautiful person). This place was amazing! This review is about a month over due, but just re-booked another facial with Natalie (she's been my aesthetician for a couple of years now), so I figured it was time to leave one. The spa itself is beautiful, calming, and VERY clean. The ladies who work there are all very nice as well. The facial is the best I've had. It left my skin feeling soft, extremely toned, and overall glowing.I had the ultimate facial, Natalie started with cleansing my face, followed by a gentle and non abrasive microderm that made my skin feel so clean! She then steamed my face, and followed up with a 20 minute mask (during which she left me in the room, to rest. Which was great, i always feel weird when the aesthetician lingers). The mask it self was heavenly, it was cooling, and you could almost feel it working as I laid there relaxed. After the mask, Natalie  steamed my face, followed by a painless and easy extraction (my face at this point was so soft, I almost didn't feel the pain that usually comes with the extraction). I had book marked this place when I started learning about dermaplaning. It took me about a month to finally make an appointment. I was able to book a session a few days in advance. They sent me a confirmation email which was great because you always end up playing phone tag with offices. There is ample parking in the plaza they are located in. So no worries! I walked in to a beautifully decorated spa with extremely friendly staff. The receptionist was on the phone so I was greeted by Natalie who was also the aesthetician who was going to perform the procedure. The room I was taken to was dimly lit with soft background music. Even though it was dark I could tell the place was spotless! It smelled so good too. Natalie was so soft spoken and extremely sweet. We ended up chatting for a while which was nice. She wasn't pushy at all nor was she trying to 'sell'. She did make a few recommendations for my skin but I didn't end up buying everything. The dermaplaning process is pretty much painless except for some tingling. Natalie was really gentle. I tried their oxygen mask and something else which were fantastic!! My skin feels like a baby's bottom, lol!I will definitely be going back for some more along care with Natalie. I have been getting microdermabrasion since my first experience with Natalie, she's so pleasant and professional. My skin looks amazinggg, glowing and fine lines gone! ! Natalie as always is very helpful and knowledgeable on products and answers all my questions. Recommendation on next visit and what to do in between visits are always on point and now that my skin is consistently taken care of, my visits can actually be further apart and skin looks great for longer time! If it were possible, I'd give this place 10-plus stars. I discovered Skintelligence back in 2012 (yes, I'm very late in giving this review) because I was looking for someone to do my wedding day make-up. That's how I found Mali, their master esthetician. I have supersensitive, temperamental, combination skin and had hyperpigmention spots along my jawline and under my chin. Even after going to a dermatologist, no one correctly diagnosed why I was getting these acne marks or how to eliminate them -- I had resigned myself to wearing cover-up and foundation forever to conceal these blemishes and old scars. In my first consultation with Mali, she immediately identified the issue and we established a plan (customized facials with Mali and laser hair removal with Theresa). With their help, I now have a clear, blemish-free face and the older, hyperpigmented spots are gone. I highly recommend Skintelligence's services, including microdermabrasion and oxyfacials, waxing, laser hair removal, electrolysis and their massage services. I can only speak to those from experience, but please check their website as they offer much more! I am always so happy and rejuvenated after my visits. Not only is everyone here exceptional, but the spa space is also warm, modern and very relaxing. And as a bonus, people definitely notice and compliment my clear, plump and glowing face. I have been going to Theresa (the owner) for years for Botox, and I trust her completely with my face.  I recently went to her beautiful salon for Botox, and at the last minute, was able to get a massage from Rhonda.  It was excellent.  She did a great job with deeper pressure, and I would definitely recommend her.  Unfortunately, I moved to New England, but I make the effort to see Theresa whenever I am in the area.  She is worth the effort.  The salon is clean, relaxing, and everyone is just so nice.  The prices are very reasonable as well.  You will be very pleased!
