Individual, couple, and family therapy for those interested in mental health services. Using various modalities in the therapeutic process, I hope to incorporate an eclectic method to target a range of cognitive and behavioral issues. This is done through a person-centered approach to allow for client needs to be addressed, as well as to help navigate and ensure a level of personal development that is hoped to be achieved.

What do you love most about your job?
I love the ability to help those who are interested in personal growth and development. So often individuals feel that they need to endure hardships and difficulty, but with therapy, there is someone there to support and help guide you towards living your best life.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have worked in various mental health environments and felt a gap between need and service availability. By starting my own practice, I am able to address those needs and really provide quality care to those that I work with.
Why should our clients choose you?
A lot of therapy depends on trust an rapport. It is so important to connect with a therapist because this type of relationship can either motivate and heal, or go in a very different direction. I look at each connection as a "goodness of fit" scenario. It is important that clients are comfortable and feel that they are getting what they need out of therapy. For this reason, I use a person-centered approach to those I work with and incorporate client goals and values into the framework of our treatment.
