We needed catering for an in-home memorial for about 25 people. We kept it simple; sandwiches, fruit, cookies, veggies & dips. Each tray had many options to choose from. Everything was delicious and fresh. Kora was pleasant and helped me with our order over the phone. Stephanie was sweet, she delivered and set everything up the day of. Stephanie also left a very sweet sympathy card, signed by the team. It's small things like that you don't forget. Unexpected and very thoughtful. We are very satisfied with our experience with STC. Outstanding!!! Simply Thyme saved the day. Last minute Tammy helped put together some food for a customer lunch. Not only was the food wonderful, her staff delivered and picked up the dished. My customers were raving about the food and they really felt that we treated them well by having the event catered. I had an idea on what I wanted for the food and they sure did deliver. This is the second time we have used Simply Thyme to cater a vegan affair.  The first was last May for our 50th wedding anniversary and the second was yesterday for our sons "Day after the Wedding" picnic. We were so completely please both times.  I was a bit worried to ask a regular caterer for a VEGAN menu but the food was delicious. Had the most refreshing lunch catered by Simply Thyme Catering at my E-Women Network meeting yesterday. Fresh and crisp salad with perfectly seared tofu and a quinoa veggie sautee that still makes my mouth water. I skipped on the gluten free brownies this time because my body was so perfectly satisfied with my nutritous meal. I had Simply Thyme cater an event with about 120 boxed lunches and was VERY impressed with both the quality of the food and even more so with the service.

When I was searching for a caterer they responded promptly (unlike most) and provided a couple samples of sandwich boxes which helped me be confident our guests would be satisfied. They provided some ordering advice which helped me order the right number and type of lunches for an estimated number of guests. They were even flexible with dietary requirements! Their service and support continued throughout the process when I was at my busiest, which I can't say enough about (if you're an event planner, you know).

The menu is competitively priced, but what set Simply Thyme apart IMHO is the variety of gourmet sandwiches offered and that they include a NW style potato salad, when most places just offered a bag of chips and cookie (these were also included in their boxed lunches). The sandwiches were all delicious, well presented and perfect for our event.

Our guests were very happy with the lunch so this is one caterer I've put high on my list to use again. Did I mention that they're also a Clark County Green Business? Thanks!!! More...

We have had Simply Thyme out to our venue several times and they are always on time, pleasant and the food..wonderful. We just had our staff dinner this last weekend and had their family style service. It was fantastic!!!! Presentation is just as important as the quality of the food to me. They did not disappoint! It was beautiful. The best party though...the steak!!! A glorious thick cut of top sirloin, pink all the way through with lovely seared outside. So tender that it melted in my mouth! I attended the International Women's Conference this weekend and was totally blown away by our lunch, prepared by Tammy and her team. It wasn't just a lunch at a conference - this was like a gourmet, fine dining experience. They had a beautiful spread of various entrees and the taste was impeccable. Tammy was the chef on a retreat I participated in. First of all, the way she cooked a soft boiled egg was unlike anything I've tasted! ! She is also masterful with flavors and colors - each dish was visually stunning and offered a lot of flavor. Tammy is very creative at using leftovers to re-create side dishes, toppings, and sauces. She offers variety in toppings so each can choose according to their taste preferences. It was a huge treat to experience Tammy's cooking and I highly recommend her services to anyone who is looking for an inspirational meal, a treat for their palate, or simply a talented chef to cook a delicious meal for them. Had the pleasure of working with Mike and his team at a recently catered corporate event that took place at the Brickstone Ballroom in downtown Vancouver. Through both my email correspondences and phone calls with Mike I felt completely confident that he fully understood our event and our needs, and he delivered in both quality and service. I was particularly appreciative because we had some very specific and detailed requests regarding the event, but the team was prepared with everything we could have asked for and took care of it all-from set up to break down and a thorough cleaning of the venue.His servers and staff were respectful, polite, helpful, proactive, and went out of the way to accommodate our guests.
