We had the pleasure of working with Simply Southern for our March 3rd wedding this year in Dade City. From all the compliments we received about the wedding day vendors, our caterer was complimented the most. Tricia and her team were friendly and extremely professional from start to finish. My husband and I were stressing about how to feed our long guest list on our budget without sacrificing quality. After meeting with several caterers, we were feeling discouraged and even more so we weren’t finding a menu we truly enjoyed. All of that turned around when we found Simply Southern! When we first met with Tricia for a tasting, all our fears went away. She was able to meet with us quickly and provided the countless options available to us. Tricia went above and beyond with the buffet tables, she paid close attention to blend with our overall wedding theme and colors by decorating it beautifully. Her team was diligent about making sure the wedding party had a chance to try the food after pictures during cocktail hour and they could not have been happier. She also made a point of making sure my husband and I had our food delivered to our sweetheart table so that we didn’t have to get up and be pulled in all directions from our guests during dinner. Not enough could be said about her thoughtfulness and attention to detail! My favorite part of dinner was the spring mix salad with strawberries and the green bean casserole. My husband was in heaven with their peach-bourbon BBQ chicken breast and mac & cheese bites. Overall Simply Southern has something for everyone and I could go on and on about their delicious food, customer service, and overall patience working with a stressed-out bride and groom. Words can't express how thankful I am that the LORD led us to Tricia Glaros and her husband, Herbie, to cater our wedding last night.
They are extremely professional, kind, and humble! Add to that the fact that they know how to put on an incredibly delicious "spread," as we say here in the South. When I remember the five-month process that led to our daughter's wedding, I will remember these two individuals with fondness and gratitude.

Simply Southern catered my wedding last weekend, and everything was great! I loved the stuffed mushrooms and shrimp cocktail. The display during cocktail hour was very pretty. The staff was so sweet! We had steak and bourbon glazed chicken which our guests loved. My favorite thing however was the desserts! Oh my goodness the peach cobbler and brownie shooters are to die for. I used Simply Southern Catering for my daughter's wedding on May 6, 2017. I have been a wedding coordinator for 20+ years, so I have dealt with a multitude of caterers and eaten my fair share of wedding food. If I could give Simply Southern 10 stars I would. Their food is above and beyond anything I've ever had at a wedding. Tricia's attention to detail when decorating the buffet tables was like something off HGTV. Her floral arrangements on the buffet made the wedding flowers pale in comparison. Every single detail was beyond classy! Even two months after the wedding I still have people talking about how incredible the food was. I am using them again for our company Christmas party.
