First, Bayonet A/C came out and told me I'd have to get an electrician to fix its electrical problem. Then I'd need to pay $5,000-8,000 for a new unit. The next day, for a second opinion, a fellow from Betco came out and fixed the electrical problem -- a burnt-out wire -- and charged me $6 for it. The unit has been working wonderfully since. We had a fire in our air handler and we were terrified by the fire of course and then the fact that we had to find the best air conditioning company we could to replace everything we had lost. We found that company fortunately after meeting with others in betco. I have never met and more hard-working more informative more friendly group of men then the men that came out to do our AC unit. Being from Indiana I didn't know any companies in the area and chose Betco from Google. ...I am SO HAPPY I did....Art, Tony and the rest of the crew went well above & beyond to see that the job was completed and the customer was happy. Our secondary return in the Master BR began leaking so we called Betco. We spoke to the owner, Arthur, who was the nicest person ever! He sent out Jimmy the next day who was educational, professional, polite, and very competent. He got the job done quickly and accurately and explained the reasons behind the issues.
