I scheduled this company to clean an apartment unit in our building and was very specific about the refrigerator needing to be cleaned as the tenants left it in bad shape. I was told no problem on the phone when I scheduled. Two very young people showed up with cleaning supplies in garbage bag, refused to clean the refrigerator and left, later stating there was mold (no mold) and bed bugs (there was no furniture in the apartment).
