What’s the secret to taking a great photograph?
The secret to taking great photographs is gaining a great relationship with your clients. We strive to get to know every individual or family or business on a personal level. We love being able to talk to you casually as we conduct the shoot. This leads to a mutual trust and an overall relaxed environment. When our clients are at easy and working with a friend it is much easier to get genuine expressions and emotions.
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
Every client is unique and so are their needs. The two most important questions are what is your goal with this photo shoot? and What type of style are you looking for? We like to know how the photographs will be used and if there is a specific reason for any images. This allows us to make sure we capture moments in a way that will suite all of the clients needs. As far as style, each photographer as their own and it is important that a client views our work to make sure they like what we typically do. Yes we can always adapt or typical style to suite the needs of a specific session, but that is something we need to discuss prior to the shoot.
What do you love most about your job?
What we love most about being a photographer is the great people we get to meet. We generally see our clients yearly or sometimes more and it is always a pleasure to catch up and be a part of documenting their families as they grow.
What inspired you to start your own business?
We decided to start our own business after years of working in related fields. Both my wife and I have bachelors degrees in our respective fields of photography and videography. We both then work for almost 10 years in our fields for larger companies before starting our own. Going out on our own allows us to oversee every project from start to finish. Our customer service is something we pride ourselves on.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We respect the comfort levels of our clients when addressing Covid-19. We are available for phone/video conferencing as well as meeting in person. We are also accommodating to the needs for distancing and personal protection as each situation can be unique.
Portraiture
We offer photography sessions from 30 minutes to 2 hours for your portrait needs. These services can be basic business or professional head shots to more artistic portraits for families, maternity, seniors, engagements and other special milestones.
Weddings
We offer a variety of wedding specific photography packages that are geared towards the varying needs of each wedding day. We offer both shorter and longer duration days as well as single and dual photographer options.
Commercial Work
Businesses require very specific photo shoots and we are well versed in working with the marketing and creative departments of business both large and small. We offer photography for products, branding, events, staffing and real estate.
