Justin and his team did a great job selling our condo and finding the right property for my family

Very impressed by Justin.  Whether you're a buyer or a seller in today's RE market, you have to think outside the box.  Creativity, responsiveness, and efficiency as a real estate agent is what sets all-stars apart from the rest of the pack.  Justin is an outlier in this sense and his progressive approach to buying and selling is going to continue to propel him forward, while benefiting many families along the way! Signal Real Estate = Justin Rollo = A+++Buying a home for the first time is an exciting experience but it can also be nerve-wrecking when the real estate market is hot, people are buying in cash, and properties are flying off the market in less than 24 hours. People give conflicting info, negotiations go back and forth, and the massive amount of paperwork - it can all make your head spin. However, my husband and I found an ally in Justin Rollo who guided us newbies through the entire process. Justin has more than just the basics down. He knows the Boston-area market stats, understands asking price vs. value, and is always accessible via phone and email. What puts him over the top is that he is client-focused and realistic. He catered to what we wanted - humoring us with comps when we insisted on crunching the numbers ourselves even though he already did it. I know, we are geeks. Our situation was probably more complex than most. We wanted to finance our purchase with a VA loan which meant more hoops to jump thru and an extended timeline. Even though this resulted in several non-winning offers on a few properties, Justin remained committed to finding us the right place and had our back even when we received some less than standard (*ahem* shady) counter offers. He took his time with us and we never felt rushed. An important differentiator about Justin is that he delivers a hands-on experience which it doesn't end when the contracts are signed. He will go to your inspections, deliver down payments, meet you at 730AM to check repairs before closing, email you back after hours, and even communicates with the seller about issues AFTER closing. He is on his game all the time and we lucked out with a solid agent in Justin.TLDR: Justin has his clients best interest in mind and gets it done. Highly recommended. More...

Justin Rollo came highly recommended to me by my first realtor, who was a dream, so I had no reservations choosing to work with him to sell my condo, and am glad I did. I bought my unit in Arlington a few years back, but when life throws these curveballs at you (e.g., fiance in Baltimore who's there for medical residency), you just have to be prepare yourself and hope that your teammates have your back. And Justin did! Truthfully, I threw at Justin a few curveballs myself: (1) I wanted to list in the fall. The late fall. Like, end of October fall. Thank goodness it was mild! (2) I wanted to list at a slightly higher price than what he initially suggested (and higher than any other comparable unit in my building had ever sold for). Thank goodness it was still a buyers' market and Justin was so good about marketing and holding open houses and showings (read: like every other day). And (3) Though I didn't really throw this one at him, there was initially an offer that came in and ultimately backed out at the last minute, and yet Justin powered through and he found me my ideal buyer. Full cash, list price, no contingencies. Basically, a home run.Justin was always reachable via email, text, or phone, and kept me in the loop re: all sorts of things. He takes the time to familiarize himself with the the areas in which he works (e.g., Arlington en bloc, brick condo buildings in the town, comparable units specifically in my building, etc.) He went above and beyond, and can navigate even the most prickly of interpersonal challenges... which he did on more than a handful of occasions. I'm really glad and very grateful that he acted as a buffer to shield me from some of the more annoying nitty-gritty things, and that he always acted on looked out for my best interest, even in terms of financing up until the last minute (e.g., when my buyer wanted to delay the closing and he let my lawyer know that since there were no financial contingencies that it was only fair for my buyer to be responsible for those days' costs post-original closing date). If you're looking for a no-nonsense but people-oriented realtor, I would not hesitate to contact Justin for your buying or selling needs. If my man and I ever make it back to Boston for good, I know who I'm calling! More...

My husband and I knew we were in for some crazy competition looking for a single family in the exploding Boston market.  We worked with Justin, who gave us some great advice along the way and is very familiar with all parts of Boston.  He had some out of the box thinking that ultimately landing us our dream home.  He's a true professional, and all around good guy, that looks out for his clients. We ended up listing our condo with him after having such a great buying experience.  He was able to provide a virtual tour of our condo, and he featured our listing in an article that went on boston.com.  This isn't something that most other realtors do.  We ended up selling our condo days after it went on the market for an excellent price. Justin did an incredible job selling my house for the price we wanted and in an incredible short period of time. He suggested we re-do the hard wood floors and the house was sold from the first open house.
