I was having ice buildup on my air conditioning unit and Sig Cox Heating And Air Conditioning came out to fix this issue for me. They had to change out the freon in my system and that did rectify the issue. They showed up on time and were very pleasant and informative explaining everything to me. I did think it was a little expensive for this service but I think that everyone is expensive in this line of service. Sig Cox was recommended to me when one of our HVAC units required replacement.
I like the PM contract as it has been quite useful when the unit has gone out.
A technician is usually here within an hour. Most often the problem is resolved during the visit.
The Carrier unit that replaced the Trane unit is much quieter, and seems to do a better job when cooling the upstairs.
