What makes a great website?
A great website is a website that sells a company's products and services around the clock, even while the client sleeps. Most other (non-great) websites are money-pits, costing money but never making anything back.
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
Which people do you serve? What is your Unique Selling Proposition to them? What is your vision for your company in 5 years? 1 year? 3 months? What is your plan to get your company there?
What do you love most about your job?
I love to meet with and learn about entrepreneurs and their businesses, and helping them to reach their revenue and company goals.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have always been a self starter, and I have never understood why some people honestly believe that certain things aren't possible (for example, starting a business and finding clients, or managing employees), and I never really saw too many "barriers" to doing and achieving certain things. For that reason, I always knew that I would be running a business, and helping other entrepreneurs to achieve their goals.
Considering that I also grew up playing and working with computers and software from a young child, I think it only appropriate that it be in technology, helping other entrepreneurs to maximize their potential in that space.

From the first interaction, we work closely with our clients to identify both their stated and latent needs for their business, so we can create custom solutions that are catered to needs, and not just the wants of the business owner. This approach assures that our clients have the best chance to be successful while working with us -- and it also ensures that my company does not waste resources on tasks or projects that will not serve the most important needs of our customers -- and makes sure that our clients are most likely to be not only completely comfortable, but satisfied with our work.
