Just spent a week in Oregon w/ a ski group from the east. Shuttle Oregon deserves a 10 * rating. They could not have been more  accommodating. I was part of a group of 33 skiers from back East spending a week in Bend to ski Mt. Bachelor. Many of us have to traveled out west many times before and we have all agreed that never before have we had such a great experience with our shuttle service. The vehicles were clean and most were new. But the drivers Brian and Connor are what made our week so flawless. They were beyond accommodating when we requested time changes and location pick ups. Best shuttle service!!!! Highly recommended. A group of almost 20 of us wanted to float the Deschutes River and Brian helped us plan the float route, put a cooler with ice in the van, and pumps to blow up all of our floaties. He worked it out so well for us and was super helpful in setting it up so we wouldn't have to worry about who is going to DD or whose vehicles we have to leave where and so on. Sharon, our driver, was also so easy to work with and easy to communicate with. She was available for us the whole day and even at one point when we had some issues and needed her for an extra ride earlier than expected. Every time I texted her, she texted back right away and showed up within 10 minutes! Thank you guys so much for such a great experience and outstanding service!!! I will for sure be saving this contact for the future. More...

I would recommend SHUTTLE OREGON to everyone! If you want a relaxing, comfortable and fun way to get from home to your destination and back, this is the way to go. Warm and friendly drivers, good snacks, comfy, roomy, kick-back seating and great scenery. Four of us, 86 year old Mama and three "talkative" sisters overnight to Bend from Ontario to comfort a family member enduring Chemo and radiation therapy at St. Charles Hospital. We had two of the most patient, friendly gentlemen, Vernel and David, as our drivers. Loved both! David was an amazing Scottish "tour guide" also-what a plus! Nothing better than learning about Central and Eastern Oregon history and preservation with a Scottish brogue!! Kudos to Brian (owner) on Shuttle Oregon! We all wish you great success!! More...

I frequently travel to Portland from Sisters. Â When I don't feel like driving, I take Shuttle Oregon to Portland. Â <br><br>The free WiFi is great and allows me to catch up on emails and other tasks while on the journey. Â I appreciate the prompt communication as well as on time departures and arrivals. This shuttle service is 11/10! It's a smaller business, and each interaction is personable and helpful! Brian is so polite, and always trying his best to make the Shuttle Oregon experience amazing. Which it is! Water and snacks were provided, with a pit stop halfway. The prices are amazing for what you get! And it goes to BEND! Not many bus services in OR do. We rode the Teleporter from Bend to Portland and it was great. Â The owner/ operator is very friendly, chatting with passengers the whole trip. He is willing to work with you to accommodate special request if possible. The van seats 8 including the driver and all the seats are captains chairs with heat and massage, very comfortable. There are plenty of changing ports for charge chargers. He had extras on hand for us to use. He also provides snacks and drinks free of charge. It was very easy to book either on line or by calling. He has scheduled stops but offered to stop anytime we needed it. We arrived in Portland about 45 minutes ahead of schedule. What a wonderful experience traveling from Bend to Portland yesterday! Will is a complete delight, pleasant, interesting, helpful, accommodating. Will offered us a snack and a drink. He was attentive to the air conditioning level, which was perfect. And the passengers were also interesting and engaged with each other randomly throughout the trip. Fantastic "Mom and Pop" operation. Personalized service; he took the three of us to the Lloyd Center Max station since we weren't going to the airport. Mt. Hood Teleporter is a wonderful business! Â My son has to make frequent trips each month over to the valley to visit family. Â I asked the Teleporter crew if they would do charter trips to pick up my son and drop him off at home and they do! Â Will always gets my son picked up and dropped off on time and SAFELY.
