My company hired ShutterBooth for a corporate reception event in April 2019. From the start, ShutterBooth stood apart from other photo booth companies. Kelly and her staff responded immediately to all of my questions and gave us a fair and affordable price (as a non-profit). The designer helped us with a great graphic for each photo that included our sponsor. The night of the event, Kelly and her team arrived on time and set up a perfect, beautiful and fun photo booth. Kelly managed the booth all night and she helped us with all of the photos. She is fabulous! The booth itself has TONS of amazing features, including still photos, video/moving photos, Snapchat-like graphics and much more. The photos were amazing and our attendees loved the booth. Shutterbooth was an absolute hit at our wedding! The prices were very competitive, and the customer service was unmatched! Guests got to keep copies of prints for themselves, and then glue in an extra copy into a special guest book for us, which was signed with many funny comments! We LOVE looking back through the book and reliving the memories! We also got a link of all the digital copies of photos after the wedding (literally the same night!) and those are amazing to laugh at as well. The props were all hilarious and the staff did a great job with keeping up with the high traffic of guests. There was a line the entire night as our guests and ourselves had a ridiculously fun time with this! The design of your template is completely customizable and that was a joy to make. I didn't think it was in my wedding budget to afford a photo booth but hiring ShutterBooth made it SO WORTH IT! They were so accommodating - I made my own photo frame and they made it look so awesome in the pictures. Their attendant was kind & patient. My wedding was a big hit thanks to ShutterBooth and their service. Such quality photos and they were nice enough to supply us with a link to the entire gallery of photos taken. My wife and I were able to share all our images easily with our friends and family with no additional charge. Also, they designers were easy to work with after I suggested a color palette and some fonts to use. Plenty of templates for the prints and backdrops to choose from. What an awesome photo booth! They give u option for open or closed booth with your own backdrop and personalized logo, lots of props, And great freebies! They were wonderful to work with! Only reason I didn't give five stars was because halfway through the event the photo booth stopped working and flash wasn't working as well, They fixed the problem and everything went smooth after. also one of our add ons was a scrapbook and not ALL the photos were glued in so I had to do that myself. We absolutely LOVED our Shutterbooth experience! We knew we wanted a Photo Booth at our wedding and they made the process so easy and customized to our special day. There were great options to choose from as far as backdrop, props, photo print layouts and designs! We loved how that our guests could each get a photo strip (no limit which was perfect for bigger groups) and we LOVED the photo album we got at the end with all of our guests pictures and personal notes written. We laughed and cried going through them after our wedding! The staff at our event was prompt, friendly, helpful, and patient (especially with guests who were a few drinks in ;)). Kelly and the Shutterbooth team were so great! When I first called Kelly she was arriving at another event and still answered to make sure she could chat with me for even just a few minutes She then put a tentative hold on my date until we had more time to talk. She worked with my husband to find the perfect booth for what we were looking for (he was the picky one haha). The experience was seamless until the end. We rented Shutterbug for a wedding in Northern VA and were very happy with the service. Melissa was quick to get back to me and answered all of our questions completely and thoroughly. They were totally flexible with us on when they setup and even up to the day before the wedding were listening to our inputs and responding. On the day of the wedding, they were very flexible on where and when they set up at the venue and the operator was so nice! He always had a smile and was so helpful. We booked a wedding photo booth package and it was a HUGE hit at our wedding! I want to thank BRANDON who was our photo booth host. He was so nice and helpful to our guests throughout the night. At the end of our wedding, he gave us a photo book of all the pictures of our guests. He also sent us a link a couple days later with some photo booth footage of our guests saying congratulations!
