The estimate matched the final cost which was very reasonable considering the work done. The crew that did the job was friendly and cooperative. I appreciate the extra attention that I received which included a recommendation for the color roof that best matched my house, contacting a plumber with same day service to correct an unexpected problem, and a thorough explanation of what the roof needed, the cost to be involved, and the warranty. How can someone tell if their loft is suitable for conversion?
When considering a loft conversion, a homeowner must structural concerns first. Some structural reinforcement may be necessary for it to bear the weight of people, furniture and other items. Next to consider is access such as stairs or ladders or an elevator. Ventilation is an important consideration as well due to closing off walls can affect the airflow for the loft as well as the rest of the home.
Run us through the different stages in the loft conversion process - what’s involved?
Planning is the major step. Zoning and code must be approved. If the structure is not already prepared for bearing the weight of people and furniture, a structural engineer is consulted. Planning access, ventilation, power and decor are all items that must be considered.

We guarantee the workmanship on new roofing (whole roof replacement) for 5 years.
What do you love most about your job?
We enjoy helping homeowners restore their homes after storms and we enjoy helping to see the potential in a home- new roofing color, newly painted trim, gutters. The roof is a great starting point. It can be beautiful and functional.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Our owner, Monroe, did not care for the way customers and sales staff were treated so he started his own operation. His eldest son, Cory, joined in 2012

We are a locally owned and operated company- some roofers chase business by going to communities that have experienced hail and other storm damage ("storm chasers"). We work only in DFW and primarily by referral. We offer good service, good workmanship, and a good value.
