Shine has done it again. I ordered the "designer's choice" this time around and she could not have done a more perfect job. The arrangement and tones completely hit the mark of what I was looking for. This woman truly has a creative eye and is an excellent business owner to boot. Oh my goodness... what an absolutely stunning arrangement! I love sending flowers for birthdays, get well soon, Mother's Day, and sadly, for the first time, sympathy as a dear friend's mom passed away this past weekend. While floral arrangements with lots of white are typically sent for sympathy, I wanted to choose something more vibrant, hoping to add a small bright spot to my friend's day, so I chose 'The Christine' and upgraded to the premium. I couldn't be more pleased with how the arrangement turned out AND what a reasonable price it was... I've sent a lot of flowers over the years and this may be my favorite.Additionally, I requested a delivery time between noon and 2pm (if possible, of course), and flowers were delivered right around 2pm, awesome. My friend absolutely loves them too and even said they're most beautiful flowers she's ever received (that's saying something with her impeccable style and taste!). The online store was easy to order from as well, and while they don't have the biggest selection of arrangements as compared to some other shops, each one is really beautiful- I had a hard time choosing and almost went with 'Designer's Choice'. Absolutely beautiful arrangement! Reasonable prices and super easy online ordering. I ordered late on a Sunday for Monday delivery, and a beautiful arrangement was there by mid day Monday. The coolest part, which I've never seen before, was they emailed me a photo of the completed arrangement that they delivered to my friend. Birthday gifts in the age of COVID means a lot of flower delivers. This one was the best I've ever sent. Prompt and professional customer service. She sanitizes the vase before handing it off but above all, gorgeous flowers! The picture on the site matched the flowers exactly! My sister commented that they "smell like fresh cut flowers. Saira at Shine Floral did an amazing job with these floral arrangements. This is the second time I ordered from her and the first one was just beautiful! I asked her to see if it's possible to add in some Grace Farm Roses to the bouquet and her initial response was she wasn't able to due to other orders she had. But the next day she let me know that she was able to put them in and it was so sweet of her to accommodate my request (I would've been fine with other garden roses btw) but seeing that she went the extra mile was very thoughtful. Her cards are hand written and that is my favorite part about this florist (way more personal than typed out letters; she also has pretty handwriting so it looks nice). Amazing flowers and customer service! My order was pretty last minute, but Shine was able to do next day delivery. I went with the Designer' s Choice Bouquet (Deluxe) with very little notes, trusting their skill, and the bouquet came out beautiful! Shine floral came thru with these GORGEOUS flowers for our nursing staff today!! Honestly just looking at these colorful flowers brought joy to every single nurse/healthcare worker who passed by them! During these trying times of Covid the morale has been pretty low and I could see everyone's eyes light up with joy as they looked at these flowers in awe and remembered how beautiful life can really be. Shine Floral is easily the best florist/flower service I have ever used. As a frequent flower purchaser for all kinds of occasions I've had my fair share of issues to deal with ranging from simply having something delivered that looked nothing like what I ordered or noting that the flowers were delivered but the recipient never actually received them. Saira is incredibly attentive and takes everything into consideration as she meticulously makes these gorgeous truly one of a kind arrangements. I've always been skeptical to opt for the florist's choice as an option because I was worried that they'll use it as a way to give you something that's subpar, but Saira's designer choice options have honestly been nothing short of stunning and you can truly feel all the love and attention that goes into them. I would trust her with any flower needs, she truly has a gift. She was at great at communicating through the entire process and the extra effort put into letting me know that the flowers were delivered is truly appreciated. If you're reading yelp reviews to see if this is a good florist before ordering, I would just do it and below is why.I wanted to send a friend of mine sympathy flowers. I honestly choose Shine Floral because they were close to my friend's home and I noticed they had just opened and I wanted to support a new business especially during COVID-19. If you look at the attached photos, they are so gorgeous. Really beautiful flowers AND they actually look like the photos on Yelp and the Website. I choose the Designer's Choice arrangement and I honestly didn't give the florist much instructions. I literally said to just "choose something beautiful and make it special" and they are exactly that! The photos attached were also texted to me by the florist which was really nice and I prefer that way of communication because it's convenient and easy. And they send you an email confirmation when they have been delivered. Even easier!I highly recommend this florist. Their flowers are absolutely beautiful and fresh and I like the style of the arrangement. I had a late request for a floral arrangement for Mother's Day and Shine Floral did a great job accommodating for my procrastination. :) Saira's response was easy, timely, and thorough and gave me the confidence that beautiful flowers were going to be delivered safely and on time. I ordered 10 bouquets- all of which were affordable, unique and not to forget BEAUTIFUL. Each bouquet was meticulously made by hand and incredibly gorgeous.
