We have stayed in Key West many time in the past and we'll do so again in the future. On our most recent trip to Key West for Fantasy Fest we booked our room at the Marriott Beach side Key West. We checked via the Marriott app when we got off the Key West Express and they said our room would be ready in one hour. I told them to hold it we would be in late that night. When we arrived about 10pm they said they were sorry but they over booked and said they would remove all charges for the room. They found us a room at the Sheraton Suites Key West and shuttled us right over there. When we arrived they offered us a free breakfast buffet and gave us a complementary room. This was not your ordinary room this was a presidential suite. Full living room, Dinning room, master bedroom and a complete on suite bathroom. The breakfast buffet was outstanding to say the least. They offered us free shuttle service to Duval St and off we went. What a great experience we had. Thanks for another great time in Key West. Very much enjoyed our stay last week. Beautiful grounds, very clean & well kept. Ocean view king suite with balcony provided beautiful view & met our expectations. Shuttle to & from both town & airport very convenient. Enjoyed escaping the activity of town back to resort. Food & beverages were great and comparably priced for any resort area. Staff were all accommodating & no problems as some stated in previous reviews. Already want to go back-Would love to return soon & stay there again. More...

The resort is beautiful, but what makes it stand apart from the others is their management. Jonathan is incredibly kind, professional and will go above and beyond to please his guests. The hotel was very nice...a nice pool with hot tub. Weather for feb was very warm, which was great. Staff was very nice. ..food was ok. It is right across the street from Smathers Beach. I will probably not return due only to the fact that you had to rely on the shuttle or uber to get anywhere. It was a 4 mile walk to get to the closest grocery.This area would be great if there were any other resteraunts or bars that you could walk to. That area could use other entertainment that would avoid having to use shuttle or uber. Just too far from Duval for me. More...

Lovely experience! Every aspect was a wonderful experience. Concierge service was awesome and took care of excursions, local restaurants, reservations, travel to and from. Front desk staff were great, even having to have a late checkout due to a late flight. Wonderful having shuttle service that was super convenient and a great dining and bar service to top it off! Place is beautiful! Rooms are nice and property is kept clean. Staff was exceptionally nice and helpful. Pool area is nice with a jacuzzi and small pool. Shuttle service to main tourist area was nice and convenient. Hotel is away from all the craziness and even during this spring break week was pretty peaceful. Shuttle does drop you a little ways from Duval St but not a bad walk. Beach is across a 4 lane road but we had no issues crossing over and beach was nice. Hotel drinks and food is pricey but not uncommon in my experience. Gotta say over all our family loved our stay here and love Key West! Wish I never had to leave!!!! More...

Stayed one night. Place was AMAZING! The staff was wonderful. The shuttle was an great, punctual and very courteous. Jonathan(front desk manager) was so helpful and nice. Can't wait to stay again!!!

I haven't stayed yet but am confident in leaving this review now!! Thank you jesus for Tatiana Johnson!! She helped save my wedding when Parrot Key Resorts decided to close until further notice with NO notification to me. ..I found out by watching their facebook and booking attempts...so here I was 2 months out from my wedding scared to death and this angel, Tatiana, helped save my day!! She booked us a suite and helped calm me down. I cannot wait to come stay here and hug this woman!! Sheraton execs, Tatiana is a saint and needs a raise...and a huge christmas bonus, can you all hook her up!? Thank you, have a great holiday, see you soon!! More...

Hidden on the 'quiet' side of the island, this is a nice place to get away and relax while still enjoying all the fun of Key West. The 'sweet sleeper' bed is very comfortable, and having the extra space of a suite is very nice. Also, our room had a whirlpool bath. The pool and pool side bar are nice places to hang out - and, the concierge is very helpful. More...
