I was there on business and as an aircrew you want to get your keys without having to wait like regular guests. Since we were there for business and not for regular layover we thought this would be a long check in process. That front desk staff had everything together and had a smile on their face while doing it. We got our keys in less than 5 minutes. We had a wonderful Thanksgiving brunch at the Sheraton! There was a buffet with everything you could want---eggs,bacon, sausage, biscuits and gravy, several kinds of fruit, cottage potatoes, bagels and lox with all the extras​, made to order pancakes and waffles and more. Everything fresh & great service!

I re-booked for back to back work trips at the Sheraton Arlington specifically because of his impact on my stay :) Qaddoura helped me when I checked in my first week, and he showed such warm hospitality and unparalleled professionalism! We stayed at this property for a conference, and in many ways the property was great. Nice meeting rooms, spacious facilities, and decent hotel bar that had some original wines that weren't the go-to bottom of the supermarket shelf you normally see. ||||Rooms are okay, but the only plug on the nightstand was not working, and the shower had some gritty black stuff in the bottom that looked like someone emptied a fireplace into it. I'm going to review this though I were simply an attendee at an event in the conference center. Heads up!: If there is a Cowboys game, get ready to see tons of fans of the Boys and their opponents lingering, drinking, talking. It's all good though!When you walk in, it's a large open lobby. Much more impressive than the outside. They do have a pretty busy bar straight ahead, so stop in a bit before your conference to catch a swig, if appropriate.Up the staircase to the second level rests a room that seated about 400 for my event. Tea, coffee and water were served at my event. The meal was a slice of pork loin (didn't eat) a grilled chicken breast (didn't eat), brown gravy, mixed veggies and a potato pancake. What I did eat was very good. They also passed around assorted dinner rolls, which I did not eat once again. The service was great!I was impressed that the sound system and acoustics were flawless. I was on the far side of the room and never missed a beat!The reception area upstairs, but outside the door was big enough for them to have tables that they could receive people as they leave. The restrooms were to the right of the room exit, but were very small. There was quite a line.I truly enjoyed the event, and would recommend this place to anyone hosting a decent sized event, and if you happen to attend one here, you are in for a treat! More...

I have not been to Arlington in years, so I was not sure what to expect. I attended a conference at this hotel and was very pleasantly surprised by the accommodations. My room was very nice, super clean and very quiet. I don't normally sleep well on business trips, but I did at this hotel. The bed was comfortable as well. ||||The conference facilities were nice as well and the food they provided was good, pretty typical for conference food offerings. ||||The hotel is very close to Six Flags, the water park, and both baseball and football stadiums.||||Plenty of free parking, unless there is a sporting event going on then it is very difficult to find a place.
