I have been with Shapes Salon for over 15 years. All of the specialists are extremely qualified and professional. I especially appreciate Song, her attention to detail, discretion and talent for all spa services and I swear no one knows color and cut better than Heather. I have been getting my haircut by Millie for almost 20 years. She has been and continues to be a true perfectionist and always pleasant and attentive. This past visit was no exception, and I am very lucky to have Millie taking care of my hair. I also have been getting massages from Jenn over the past 6 years. There isn't a nicer more caring massage therapist anywhere than Jenn. She always goes the extra mile to make sure I feel good. Some massage therapists give nothing more than a glorified back rub - not Jenn. She works hard to make sure that I ma getting a complete massage. I've been a client at Shapes Salon at Fairfax Station for about 2 years and they are fantastic. The front desk staff is pleasant, helpful and always willing to assist. The shampoo staff take their time and they massage as well as shampoo. My stylist is Ting and they just don't come any better. She is an amazing stylist. Julie is the best! I don't even know for sure how long she's been cutting my hair. At least 10 years I think. Shapes is pricey but I don't want to risk saving a few bucks just to have someone else go and butcher my hair.

I have been a customer of Webo's for over 15 years. I always get a great haircut and everyone that works there is so friendly. I am there only once a month to get my haircut, but they know my name every time I walk in. I am so happy with the service they provide that I talked my 25 year old son into getting his haircuts there, and he hates haircuts. Great place to get your hair done. Super nice place and staff. I came in on a day it was raining really hard and had no umbrella. They brought me a towel so I could dry off.My stylist, Helen, was amazing. Very nice and talkative. Listened to what I wanted for my hair and then made suggestions as she went. I definitely plan on going back.The only thing I didn't like, was that you can't apply your tip to the final price when you checkout using a card. Since I had no cash, I had to sign up for Venmo to tip. Luckily, they have a nice poster with all of their names to send money. More...

I have seen Millie at Shapes for over ten years. My color, highlights, lowlights and cut are never short of perfection. It is so relaxing to see someone that you trust completely. You know the feeling you get in your stomach when the stylist starts cutting and it is a lot more than the 1/2 inch you asked for? Nothing you can do!!! I have never encountered that with Millie.
