Shaike is an immensely talented and passionate food artist. I have had the great pleasure of working with him on the event my friends and I were organizing, and tasting his 3- and 4-course meals, desserts (my personal favorites are his home-made "petits fours:" luxurious small cups and pieces of colorful desserts that satisfy your sweet tooth but allow you to try a couple without being too heavy or filling), and even LED-light and other displays and his create-it-yourself food stations that he engineers numerous times and at various occasions.

His passion for food and his creative vision translate effectively and beautifully into his unique food masterpieces, which are always delicious, always constituting of a surprising mixture of flavors and textures that he constantly re-invents to continuously shock the taste buds of those having the pleasure and honor of enjoying them. Once you try them, you are hooked! And Chef Shaike always has you guessing: "now what exactly did you use for this recipe?" and "how exactly did you accomplish this flavor?"

As a true food artist at heart and in practice, Shaike's gorgeous displays never fail to awe the audience. Splashes of colors and arrangements that are always different and surprising capture guests' attention from their very entrance into the venue.
