Troy cleaned my carpets yesterday and all I can say is WOW! Not only does it smell and look amazing after some Chihuahua “accidents” but it feels so soft! ! Searched for carpet cleaners in our area and there were many.  ServicePro stood out from the reviews and the owners statements about quality etc.  great communication from day 1.  Showed up on time and texted before he came to assure he was on the way.  Showed before and after pics and total job turned out great. Had 5 rooms plus couch, loveseat, chair, steps done and major improvement.  Now, they aren't the cheapest out there, but zero hassle and job well done so it was worth paying a premium to know it was done right.  Highly recommend. Troy really knows carpets and really appreciates customer service! We were impressed from start to finish: He promptly returned my call, He was accommodating to MY schedule, He throughly explained pricing, he emailed and texted reminders with permission, he called to ask if he could come early, he protected my lawn from equipment (that water line is so hot it will scald the grass), he did a fantastic job on the carpets, his bill was promptly e-mailed and didn't exceed the quote. Does it get any better than this He's certified by several large carpet manufacturers and I could tell he knew what he was talking about and will get me more for my money by extending the life of my rugs. I needed my carpet cleaned for my house and I was in a bit of a hurry, so I called them on July 4th thinking that I might have to leave a voicemail. To my surprise, Troy picked up the phone and we were able to schedule a cleaning for the next morning! The next morning, Robert came to my house with all of his equipments. We walked through the house and talked about everything that needed to be done. He gave me a very fair price, and got to work right away. He was very thorough and even worked really hard to clean the stuff that was left by the construction people doing my house. I swear my old, old carpet looks better now than the day it was installed! I have a dog who is very hard on flooring and a bird who puts out a lot of dust. ServicePro is always great about telling me what I can do to get a better cleaning and more mileage out of my cleaning! They are on time (early this morning, which was bonus), efficient, in and out fast, professional, and polite. Toxicity of any cleaning chemicals or treatments is always of concern to a bird owner, and they are willing and able to work with me closely on keeping mine safe!
