I worked for over a year developing and integrating my program with clients to ensure the greatest level of success using goal achievement techniques in key areas I call the 8 Degrees of Transformation. I meet with clients weekly, developing and fine tuning goals at each meeting to ensure ongoing success.

I'll begin working with you, focusing on your immediate pain points; items that need to be solved right now (mental health, relationship issues, financial, weight loss). From there, we begin work on goals that will give you a sense of well being such as lifelong bucket list items, targeted fulfilling activities, and lifelong dreams. Then, if you desire, we can begin a spiritual goal program to bring you a sense of wholeness and fulfillment that brings about the greatest sense of joy and happiness. Using this hierarchy of needs, I'll bring you full circle to not only achieve goals, but achieve the highest sense of purpose and joy. The reason my program is so effective is because of my holistic mind, body, and soul approach. Here is how my process works:

We start by trying to solve problems in a logical, proactive, and goal-oriented way. From there, if further success is needed, we may find health experts, counselors, doctors, or treatment programs that will help you achieve your goals if needed. By using holistic methods to solve your challenges could potentially save you thousands of dollars.

Let's say you've been feeling down and out. Your first instinct may be to go to the doctor and get depression medication. Well, instead of going to the doctor first, you instead worked on achieving wellness and joy through goals. After a month, you report your level of happiness has increased and no longer feel the need to see a doctor, saving you thousands of dollars.

Another example is, say you are an author who wants to write a book. Your first instinct may be to go find and spend thousands of dollars paying a writing expert. What if we could get your book written by setting the same goals instead? This could save you thousands as well!
