I've tried about four different SEO companies, and I would say SearchBerg was the best. They were very well organized and, basically, delivered on most things that they promised. The agents were friendly and easy to talk to. There were a few hours of phone calls where they learned about my company. This company is full of scam marketers. The company will take a long time to create your website. Once it is created, you will always have some sort of problem with them. Once things become slightly consistent, they will take your website down and claim that you are being hacked. What they are trying to do is force you to purchase additional protections by having them webmaster. They will fraudulently represent themselves as supervisors and managers in order to get your perspective. Then, they will blatantly lie all in the hopes of forcing you to use them as a webmaster so they keep you from moving on. Mind you, you have already paid for their poorly created website. Where do I begin? I went online and clicked on “Best SEO companies” along with other SEO searches. I did this from 5 different devices and repeatedly got “SearchBerg” as the top spot and high ranking. I reached out to them as well as 2 other companies that were second in the list. Within 5 minutes I received an email and subsequently a call from David Abner who was VERY thorough and to the point! If anyone understands the value of time, it’s DEFINITELY David!!! His customer service and business savviness came through and it showed! It’s almost as if David was reading my mind and knew what questions I’d be asking. I read reviews and did some research and noticed SearchBerg repeatedly got incredible reviews and their portfolio with quality of work showed. I told David our budget and he was able to work within our budget. I explained what we needed and were looking for. I explained what was important to us and the timeframe I needed it done. David subsequently connected me to his project Manager Kyle Kaizen who was incredibly professional, very efficient and communicative. David and Kyle provided me a sheet to answer basic questions of what I was looking for. I returned that back and the team actually not only met my expectations but FAR EXCEEDED them! The website design, layout and functionality was more than I could ask for. They went 1 week past the deadline but to be quite honest, that’s because I requested a couple of changes that required a lot more work and waiting the extra week for the end result was WELL worth it! Had it taken them 2 extra weeks to of gotten the results I got, I can tell you without a doubt it would’ve been worth the wait! I’m a “detail oriented” individual and while I like to make sure there’s quality control, the best piece of advice I can give anyone out there looking to do services with SearchBerg is to allow them to do their process. TRUST THE PROCESS! They definitely know what they are doing and don’t rush the timeframe. Rome wasn’t built in a day and this company definitely goes for quality!!! I have to say that I initially was hesitant and actually thought they might’ve been a fraudulent company. My bank assured me they were not and the end result of my product just reaffirmed that they were the right choice all along! Thank you David Abner and Kyle Kaizen for the incredible work you and your team accomplished! The next stage is with marketing and I was going to go directly with Google but trusting Searchberg with what they’ve done so far, I’m feeling confident they’ll be able to deliver results. For now what I can say is that we are and plan to be longer loyal clients of David and Kyle! The communication is unbelievable and it’s a breath of fresh air being able to talk to a group of people who are tech savvy yet have people skills to communicate at a level that’s understandable for both. wrote a bad review about the fraudulent practices of a company and their very very very bad service, that comes with it, so the supposedly the Gerneral manager call me after 4 to 5 days later saying that could get my account fixed with 24 hours, I said why did it take you all this long to get back to me, after being cussed out and hung up over and over again, I informed him that we found out the virus, was in their end the host server side, and that should have gotten this fix in the first place he agreed, then I informed that, I had already talk to Go Daddy and that they were going to fix the problem, and that I will work with them, and he replied was that offered me! “HE SENT THIS TO ME”

I told him that I would thank about it and call him back, after talking to my Lawyer, we thought it would be best to move away from them, and let’s go with Daddy to keep my website I paid for already Daniel got very upset saying I don’t want you to be apart of SearchBerg system anymore, and even refused to give the website over to go Daddy rep, and we found out that they had already taken down the website from their server already, but it was the host that had the infection on the host server these people are disgusting, then hung on, I was on their phone with Go Daddy doing a three way call with the rep from Go Daddy and me and Danial. He then he refused give Go Daddy and me my property and said he already removed me from the server so Go Daddy will not be able to transfer my web! Shame shame on this company.
All this in the same day, people if you have been done wrong by this company please report it to FTC AND TO BBS More...

This is a horrible company, I had to go through four people to even get my website up and running, my grand opening was in April and I strayed with WM in November and the I was still two to three weeks behind, when the project was finished the website still had problems they refused to fix, they were very rude, have to talk to mutable people, and now two moths later my website has been suspend, on the host site, and they are still not fixing the problem, I’ve talk to the same sells guy, not a tech person, to fixed this problem, and still not call back, everyday I’m losing money, and they can careless.
