In this day and age of disinterested, dismissive or robotic customer service, Andrea is a shining light!! Genuinely warm, caring and helpful. She truly helped me with everything from my choice to the wording of the card. And she did it like I was working with a friend.Such a pleasant experience all the way around and the plant selection she texted me - YES! She took the time to do that.
