Scrubby Dubby Doggy

I took my mini Australian Shepherd, Daisy to Scrubby Dubby Doggy today and they shaved almost all of her fur off!!! Plus, she has razor burn all over her poor little belly. Not once did I say, “Give her a summer shave!”. I specifically told them to NOT shave her. I called the manager, who was also the person that had groomed Daisy and voiced my displeasure. She chose to be unprofessional and argue with me. This person has groomed Daisy several times and never once have I told her to cut all of my dog’s fur off! Steer clear of this groomer location. There are plenty of other grooming places that listen to their customers and don’t razor burn their clients. More...

Today was my first time trying them for my poodle and they did a phenomenal job! I’m very happy with the cut and they text me as soon as he was done. We’ll definitely go back.
