I have had such an amazing experience selling my townhouse with Kyle Bender and Scarlett Real Estate. I thought briefly about selling fsbo and am so glad I didn't. Kyle made the whole process easy, listed the townhouse at a higher price than I would have and had me under contract with a full price offer in 8 days. He and his team went above and beyond throughout the whole process, answering all of my questions, hooking me up with movers and various people who could help get things done, and even driving out to Fort Mill to arrange things before a showing when I couldn't get off work. Katie Brown. What can I say that hasn’t been said already. Katie is an AMAZING realtor. We have been so blessed with having her walk us through one of the most important decisions of our life. She is patient, kind, understanding with a big heart. She is not your typical shove any house so she can get her commission type of realtor. She wants you to be happy. When I first thought of selling my condo, I wanted to find a real estate agent that I could trust to do a good job, guide me and get my place sold for top dollar. I found Kyle and Scarlett though the Dave Ramsey organization as an ELP (endorsed local provider). From the first time I met Kyle, I had a good feeling. He shared information with showing that he was familiar with my neighborhood and was very upbeat and energetic and came across as a real go-getter; the kind of traits you want in a real estate agent. I was in the middle of remodeling job and he was able to give guidance and confirm that choices I was making were the right ones. By working together, and with Kyle being honest about the market and me being realistic about the value, we made a good team. Along with the rest of the Scarlett team, we listed my condo on a Wednesday and by Saturday we had multiple offers and by Sunday I had signed a full price offer! This was a much different and better experience than what I had before when I sold a house.
