Outstanding service, extremely knowledgeable and went over and above in service. Can't say enough nice things about Mars Catherine Morgan and her platform! Catherine has an amazing reputation in her field because of her no nonsense attitude, her work ethic and core values. We recently worked with her on helping us invest in her platform. Although Mrs. Catherine Morgan is known for good recommendation, she took our investment higher under her wing and found her the perfect place that was in her good range. It just goes down hill after that.

I’m just gonna keep it short, cause my wife would kill me if she found out. . but we used Matt and SAVOUR for our wedding this past November. Let me just say this.. DO NOT GO WITH SAVOUR CATERING..

HE FORGOT OUR CAKE, and bought one at Publix to try and make up for it. Was asking us for the final payment night of the wedding. TALK ABOUT RUDE.. After he argued with my bride about not ever ordering one..Yes all on the night of the wedding.

I even called him couple days prior and trying to go over final details.. he said he’s done “over 1000+ of these” and somehow still managed to miss the biggest thing of the wedding.. our cake…
still never got our money back for the cake.

Straight ghosted us.. don’t let his first impressions fool you. Cause after that he’s just a phoney.

Matt was great during the tasting. Did everything right, and also super personable. It was promising. After our initial tasting, and first meeting. It was all down hill from there..just a serious lack of professionalism and communication. I expected more for someone who’s done this for so long.. I just think he and his business is still too “green”.

He doesn’t have an actual kitchen it’s rented and shared with other companies.. it’s actually really gross inside and I’ve seen it first hands.

He also doesn’t have any cooks and servers that are his he uses a third party to hire random staff who don’t know anything about food or what there serving.

I would not recommend Matt at all especially for something that’s suppose to be the most special night of ur lives. My wife and I did a destination wedding and Matt did nothing but made it harder and stressful.


He was the only vendor who made us stress the entire process.. pick someone who has a good team.

We used Savour for our wedding in September and everything went very smoothly. From the very beginning Matt was patient in answering all my questions. As we got closer to the date he helped me make necessary adjustments to the invoice adding the liquor package and other items we wanted. Planning a birthday party from 1,300 miles away is stressful enough but add to that an unknown location with unknown catering options was even more stressful. Both events were in my home and both had about 35 guests. They did a fabulous job on both occasions. Matt and his team were responsive, helpful in the food selection and sensitive to my budget. Matt is so very talented and truly able to make anything your heart desires!! Being a chef myself and having my new in-laws as chefs I knew the food had to be amazing! From the tasting to the day of it was all incredible!! We had four passed appetizers during cocktail hour: crab cakes, quesadillas, tomato soup with grilled cheese shooters and his incredible pear and Brie purses! Everyone immediately started raving about them and wished there were more! We had duel entrees, beef tenderloin and grouper each with their own sauce served with mashed potatoes and grilled asparagus!! Both proteins were cooked perfectly which is impressive for a buffet style dinner and you could cut the filet with a butter knife! It was so good I watched at least 10 people go back for seconds, including my husband!! The amount of compliments I received on the food was incredible and our guests were thoroughly impressed!!

Thank you Matt and staff for making our day that much more special and delicious!!

From beginning to end, Savour Catering was phenomenal!! I first heard about Savour from a Bridal Expo I had attended; it was the first time I had seen the vendor name after attending so many expo's throughout the year. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and the owner - Matt - was very engaging and transparent about his process. Any question we had, he answered right away, or found a way to make something work if we needed additional details incorporated. Our tasting was 10/10; from presentation, to freshness of ingredients, down to the flavors of the food, Matt blew us away!
