As a new homeowner, I know how important it is to hire the right person to remodel/rebuild your home. Like many new homeowners/home re-modelers, my wife and I talked with many people - friends, family, colleagues, basically, anyone who went through a remodeling process, and got their advice about what to do, who to hire, what to check, etc.
We've talked with enough people and seen enough DIY and HGTV shows to know what can go wrong, can go wrong, and hiring the right person is paramount. So the fundamental question we asked is - can I Trust this person?
Our home remodel is now complete and I have to honestly say I trust Simon, period!
Our house was a Split Level home built in 1941 with two bedrooms and one bath. The project consisted of adding a master suite and bath on the second floor and extend the kitchen by 6 feet, also increasing our living room space; we added ~750-800 sq feet of new space.
Simon obviously knows what he is doing but he also hired the right people for the job; everyone in his crew was professionals that knew their stuff. The entire project was on time and on budget and we're very thankful to Simon and his team for building our dream home!
It's always a leap of faith when you hire someone to remodel/rebuild your home, but our house is proof we made the right choice hiring Simon and his team."

Sasco builders helped rebuild my building after a fire damage destroyed the entire building. The team at Sasco designed, obtained the proper permits and built the entire building up to current codes on time and on budget. I would highly recommend Sasco builders to all friends and clients alike for any of their construction needs. Met Simon & had good feeling about him...
Have a very good client that needed large repairs to their large commercial building.
Wowowowza, I suggested she meet Simon as she was not thrilled about the other contractors she had quote..... She was very happy, he reviewed what needed to be done, priced it out with multiple options & she ended up with more done for less cost than the others were quoting.
And.... I ended up with a great lunch at a super expensive place as thanks from her!
------If you are having commercial or residential work done, call Simon for BIG or small jobs!! And yes, I am available for lunch!
