Sarah has done two sessions for my family, and I couldn't have been happier with both the photos and the experience. She was absolutely wonderful with my toddler who normally refuses to look or smile for any pictures. She knows just how to get her to cooperate whether it's through a special treat or singing the Sofia the First song -- oh and she's also a baby whisperer as well!! Sarah is professional, kind, and genuinely passionate about what she does. Her life experiences strengthen her natural talent to take beautiful photos while making you feel comfortable and excited to see the end result. I cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience with Sarah. She was extremely accommodating, professional and made us feel relaxed and at ease during our session. We were doing a mini session with a very spirited 2 year old and a 10 day old newborn so we were very nervous about being able to get the shots we were hoping for within the time constraints of a mini session. Sarah put our nerves at ease and immediately made all of us feel comfortable that she would be able to capture the moments that we were looking for. Sarah was great! Her studio was clean and welcoming. She handled my newborn with care and we got great pictures. She used a baby shusher, which I'd never seen before and now I put my daughter down with it every night! She was very professional and responds to emails or other questions in a timely manner, sometimes almost instantaneously. I would definitely recommend her for newborn photography. More...

Sarah Michelle photography has gotten 5 stars from me on more than one occasion. I have worked with her many times now and I will continue to go to her for all of my photography needs.
Not only is she incredibly patient in every situation but she is uber creative and her attention to detail can not be matched.
I have seen her photograph weddings where she had captured every beautiful moment without "getting in the way" and in turn, delivered breathtaking photos.
I have had her photography my family during my pregnancy, including children who don't always feel like cooperating. She included them in every single way. Down to letting them take some photos themselves when they started to get antsy.
And I've had her photograph my newborn twins. This was something I was nervous about because babies are the least cooperative of all the humans in the world. Much less, having two at the same time. When they got fussy, She spent time helping me soothe them. She was so sweet with us. Every last photo she took was deliberately placed. It was all just perfect. And although I was right there the entire time, I could not have prepared myself for how gorgeous the photos of my children would be.
Sarah Michelle photography has given us something we can never thank her enough for, photos of our family and proof of how loved and blessed we all are. I don't ever want to forget these precious moments in our lives and thanks to Sarah, we have these delightful photos as a daily reminder. Every last one of them make my heart smile.
We will definitely be using Sarah Michelle Photography in the future.

Sarah is an AMAZING photographer! We have used her for a family session and just recently our sons Newborn pictures. She is extremely patient and most importantly GREAT with kids! She makes everyone at the session feel so comfortable. My son who is 3 years old is usually very stubborn when it comes to picture time, however Sarah is still able to capture amazing photos of him due to the way she interacts. She is very punctual with e-mail response and ensures your photos our delivered in a timely manner. She TRULY has a passion for what she does! I could not recommend her enough! Breathtaking! Sarah has amazing talent and we’re incredibly grateful that we found her through a broad Google search. She was quick in helping us find a date that suited us and helped us decide on a location for our outdoor photos. She was so professional and warm! I have never looked forward to photos before her, but after our shoot, we both stalked her page waiting for a preview. As promised, she was prompt and had a preview out for us to view within a few days! She had the full collection available shortly after that. She was perfection! She was so gentle with our little one. Torie stayed asleep for most of the shoot, even when Sarah was adjusting her. Everything felt so natural. None of our poses were anything we didn't already do at home. Our friends and family love the photos and her video (as do we). I love that, in the future, I'll be able to look back at this moment and see it in motion. I love that Sarah caught these quiet, cuddly moments on film. She captured the “I just woke up” grumpy face and the “fast asleep against Mom’s heartbeat” face, and I'll get to watch them long after these quick tiny moments are gone. We found Sarah through a friend and have been with her for over 3 years now. She did our first maternity shoot for our first son DJ, he's 3 and loves her to death. And we are booked with her until our second son,Nikko, turns 18 months. I even surprised my wife with the mother's day shoot. She always has a trick up her sleeve to make the boys smile and always takes the extra time needed to get the perfect shot. If we had known of her when we got married, she would've been who we used!
