I originally contacted the Sapphire Ring Co. through an ad. That ring didn't work for me, so Dixie found me the PERFECT stone! I ended up having a BEAUTIFUL custom ring made. I live in CA and buying an expensive ring online without meeting in person felt risky at first. Dixie communicated great and is a knowledgeable helpful professional. She provided exceptional service throughout the entire process. They shipped me the stone to approve and then made my custom ring. I couldn't be happier! I was looking to get myself a sapphire ring as it's my birthstone but I didn't want to have something run-of-the-mill. I found the sapphire ring company online and dealt with Dixie. She was very kind and patientand she helped me to find the right ring for me.Initially I thought I wanted a blue sapphire and found a ring I thought I was very fond of. Dixie had it shipped to me immediately. We need it arrived and I tried it on it just didn't do it for me. I talked to Dixie and explain to her I thought I wanted more of a violet blue and then she had mentioned the color change stones and when I looked at them I found the most incredible ring. She shipped this ring immediately to me and accepted The return without issue. The ring is absolutely gorgeous and worth the wait. I have absolutely no complaints regarding this company. I look forward to perhaps another purchase in the future with this company. I have complete trust in this company. All paperwork was submitted to me including the GIA certification of the stone. I had an amazing experience with my purchase from Sapphire Ring Co. Their  website was easy to navigate and had great photos of their sapphire rings.  This drew me in. With a phone call I was introduced to David Cross the owner.  Knowing somewhat about sapphire stones, he enthusiastically furthered my education with  his knowledge and was very easy to speak with.  I immediately knew I wanted to work  with him in creating  my ring.   I found him to have a natural ability for understanding what I was looking  for in  terms of stone and setting and his prices were extremely competitive. I saw  settings in the Archive section of their website which I found very helpful  in making my final selection. He and his wife Dixie always kept me updated thru emails as to the status of my order and I always was made to feel as if I were their only client.My ring arrived in a timely fashion and was accompanied with an independent certified  appraisal and GIA Report . It  was stunning ! The stone is of great quality and the craftsmanship of the setting, made for my stone, was exquisite! Truly a one-of-kind custom ring. I highly recommend this company.
