Satco is a nice spot just outside of TTU Campus. The staff is very friendly, made up of TTU Student's it seems but they do a fantastic job! The prices are quite decent! You won't have to spend an arm and a leg here to leave Satisfied!Now for the food.....The Steak Nacho's are amazing! Nice size pieces of Steak, tons of delicious queso cheese! Only been here a couple times so far but enjoyed it both times. Got a chicken and beef taco and both were very good...especially the chicken. We also got some chips and queso which was a great way to top it off. Best part is I got the lunch combo so the meal was only about $5. Mix all that with sports on TV and great classic rock playing and it's just a really fun time. Loved it! Decided to stop in after driving by...Had to figure out the ordering but once did, it was simple and had the lunch special; 2 tacos, drink, chips/salsa bar for $4.99. The Guacamole soft taco was great!! THICK fresh tortilla. Shredded chicken had a good flavor, especially mixed with the green peppers and onions. The chips were light, crispy, -bland for me. The sour cream came in a little tube which was odd. Definitely will eat here again when in town. Btw; free chip refill for the ride home! More...
