What inspired you to start your own business?
I wanted to do something I liked for living, and food was the first on the list.
Born and raised in Napoli, south west Italy, growing up I was obsessed with tv show about cooking and with my mom we collected thousands of receipts through the years, today those notes are in every dish I craft.
