Sally did what no other architect we interviewed for our home addition project did: She made us really think about our priorities and goals for our new space and did not just accept our initial notions and ideas as the final design. The others just jotted down our thoughts, gave us a price per sq. ft. estimate and left their card. Sally is a creative, out of the box thinker when it comes to the design, but then really goes toe to toe with the contractors during the bid sessions on the structural and construction methods aspects of the job. And when we started to get a little overwhelmed and lost, she brought us back to the basics: What were our priorities and goals? What did we want most out of the space? Sally gave us the option of doing as much as we wanted on our own, to save money, e.g. securing bids from prospective builders and applying for and securing permits. But as two busy professionals, my wife and I asked her to do it all, and she did. A construction project is stressful, but Sally was an excellent guide and supporter through the entire process, and our addition is fantastic. Exactly what we hoped for. We hired Sally Noble to design a new home in the historic district of Wyoming. We are in the process of building the house of her design with a builder she recommended.
