We just held a Bricks 4 Kidz birthday party here for our nine year old son. It was great and the kids had a blast! The staff was really nice, but could have been a little more organized and attentive. My main suggestion would be to have a list of bday parties with room numbers for the staff at the desk. We and party goers got some wrong directions. We also had to come find staff to figure out where the addition of the bounce house was set up. I think they need a staff memeber who checks in a couple of times to make sure all is smoothly running. Other operations for the same price have a host hang around. Terrific lap pool, kids, shallow depth pool and whirlpool with strong jets, great weight training facility, many specific muscle exercise machines and a Matrix Dip Assist machine, dance studio, numerous classes and publicly available meeting rooms suitable for kids parties.

Very nice community fitness center. Very family oriented. Tons of amenities including cardio equipment, weight room, classroom for spin, yoga, etc. , a pool, locker rooms, racquet courts, and a gymnasium. When looking for a new gym my husband and I bought day passes to try it out. We did not find it to be a good fit personally due to limited hours of operation, being a little crowded, and the price being high considering we would not be using any of the amenities besides the cardio and weight rooms. Community-oriented fitness facility. Good selection of free weights, Nautilus and cardio equipment. Octane ellipticals are superb, best I have used. Has swimming pool, basketball gym, racquetball courts and fitness class room- just about anything you could want in a well equipped center. Awesome, reasonable membership fees. Very close to home and the membership rate for a Resident Couple is very reasonable. Recently got all new cardio equipment and have been making updates to the exterior. Inside is a bit dated and the locker rooms could use some TLC. The cardio room could be bigger but I rarely have trouble getting the machine I want to use. Price and convenience can't be beat. Fantastic recreation center in saline. It's not quite as big as some recreation centers, saline being a small town, but it definitely has a lot to offer. My wife and I actually didn't end up getting a membership here for various personal reasons, but when we went to check it out they offered all kinds of classes for adults and children, they have studios for yoga and things like that, a pool, a gym and cardio area, basically the works. If you're looking for something with a pretty serious community vibe and a lot to do this is probably a good choice. More...

If you live in the Saline area the yearly pass is reasonable. My biggest issue is when someone turns the TV on to Fox News and I have to ask the front desk to change the channel so I can skip the propaganda during my workout.
