I did not end up getting my house re-roofed by Davison roofing, but I really appreciated the owner coming out to do the estimate! I would have expected him to send someone in his stead but it gave a very personal touch to something that is kinda a big part of a house. He was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Davison Roofing was one of three companies we contacted after experiencing a leaky roof. Neil gave us a prompt and competitive bid along with recommendations for customizing the work (using more than one type of shingle and underlayment on a roof that has both steep and low-slope areas). The crew was pleasant and hardworking, and the job was completed within our requested timeframe. Neil checked in with us each day the work was in progress. Davison Roofing Inc. installed a CertainTeed Presidential TL and must say the workmanship and beauty of this new roof are totally Awesome! !! Davison Roofing was very responsive to all my questions before selecting them and throughout the entire roofing installation. And was very accommodating to my request not to leave my roof exposed to rain without shingles installed. Davison Roofing did our roof last summer. We are so pleased and impressed with the gorgeous roof they installed. In fact, the roofing supply company uses a photo of our roof on their web page! ! The crew closed up 11 old skylights, new sheathing, felt and a composition roof. Workers left our property spotless. Neil kept us informed before the start date (date was pushed out due to unforeseen issues with the previous job and the weather).
